[USB 2.0] I was happy to discover this device and even happier when I received it. Most interfaces focus on equal I/O or, usually, more I than O. This device is the opposite, which seems tailor-made for so many of our case-uses here -- it's strictly about audio *dispersion* from one source. I immediately ordered another -- at the size of a small external hard drive, I am even using it while unplugged from any sound outputs to allow my daw and show control software to maintain the routing that I've set up while away from the primary sound system. The headphone out sums all 8 channels so I can monitor my overall work while doing complex routing and cues from a coffeeshop, without having to be hooked up to the sound system with the real interface. Super functional, sturdy, clutch -- worth three times the amount.

[USB Bus Power] The MAYA 22 USB is a great little interface for people in the go and features 1/4 balanced outputs. The quality of the device as well as the sound quality is quite good and based on years of experience in professional audio hardware design. When running audio USB devices, one needs to be mindful of running higher sample rates on CPU load. As well, users need to ensure they are using a USB 2.0 port many systems have older ports or ones that won't sufficiently power a USB bus powered audio device reliably or offer enough bandwidth for higher sample rates.

[0.9 lb] I love this thing. No setup required - just works - right out of the box. I bought it because the new Mac Studio does not have optical audio out. This adds that capability and a bit more as well. I'm surprised Sweetwater doesn't sell this. Highly recommended.

[1] The card is everything that I expected, and exactly what I needed. PCIe studio quality audio cards are hard to find now a days because of the emphasis on USB devices. To overcome USB latency issues I prefer the PCIe internal card for my home studio recording use. This card performs beautifully and at an affordable price point. It is easily $500-$600 below the price of the next option available. I highly recommend it and B&H came through for me in a professional and expedient manner.

[Mini-USB] This little Midi Box is a welcome addition to my Midi Configuration Studio needs. At first I was reluctant to purchase it because I felt it was a bit expensive for a Midi Interface... but it is worth it. Here's why

Price but NOT really this is one well built, powerful Midi Interface that is loaded with Connection and Interface Options. I think it is worth the money for what it offers.

[96 kHz / 24-Bit] I run two computers connected to a Yamaha MG12 for VO and broadcast work as well as spoken-word production. Thus, I need two interfaces. I don't need all the midi and various in- and out-put controls, just the converters. You can't beat this for the money. Just plug it in and you're up an running.

[96 kHz / 24-Bit] While other bands are lugging around massive ProTool rigs for live show tracks, this thing is feeding vocal doubles, loop tracks and clicks from an 11.6 laptop to stadiums for us. Fidelity is incredible. Durability is amazing. Reliability is rock solid. I've never had a single crash (try making that claim about any other interface) Bonus that it includes its own ASIO 2.0 drivers for the fastest VSTi response and audio recording latency of any interface I own. Combined with four
dbx DJdi 2-Channel direct boxes, and it's the cleanest, smallest, lightest, strongest, most impressive pro live rig on the market.

[96 kHz / 24-Bit] I'm using this unit to receive an SPIDF feed from my studio converters and it takes that SPDIF signal and sends it to my laptop via USB. I use the laptop to stream as I mix for clients so they can listen anywhere they have internet. This unit worked right out of the box, hooked up the cables and it was good to go. Can't comment on sound quality as I'm not using it's conversion.
