Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will it work with Nikon 80/400mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR and Nikon D500?

A: Yes, but with manual focus only.

Q: 2. Anyone try this with a 300/2.8 VR II on a Z7?

A: The Nikon TC-20E III AF-S Teleconverter and the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 300mm f/2.8G ED VR II Lens would both be compatible for use with the Nikon Z7 Mirrorless Digital Camera when paired with the Nikon FTZ Lens Mount Adapter.

Q: 3. Will it work with the Nikon AF-S 70-200 F 2.8 E FL ED VR?

A: Hi--yes, this teleconverter is compatible with the 70-200mm f/2.8E FL ED VR lens.

Q: 4. I have a nikon 80-200 zoom 2.8 lens , and a nikon d 90 camera which televerter should I get

A: The Nikon TC-20E III converter is not compatible with the standard version of the Nikon 80-200mm f2.8 lens unless you have the AF-S version of it. For the non-AF-S version we recommend the Kenko Pro 300DGX 2X teleconverter. See the link below for details:http://bhpho.to/193ZSVW

Q: 5. Which teleconvertor van I use with My Nikon 200-400 lens

A: If you are referring to the Nikon 200-500, this will work on that lens, but Nikon never made a 200-400mm.

Q: 6. Can I use 28-300mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR with TC-20E III?

A: i have no clue.....ask B&H.....they have a technical staffer!

Q: 7. I have a Nikon D810 and will use with a lens Nikor 200-500mm. Are they compatible?

A: I have D810 and have used it with the 600 mm F4. It retains the auto focus even with smaller aperture. The image quality is equivalent to the 150-600 mm Tamaron I have, but not as sharpe as the prime.

Q: 8. I have a d610 with a 70 To 300 Lense, how well would a Nikon af-s teleconverter tc-20e work in this combination ?

A: I shoot with a D800, but use that lens/tele combination. On a recent trip to Costa Rica I shot some terrific nature stills off of a monopod with this combo...which are already 24 x 36 inch framed prints in my office. As long as you've got good light, it's a fine combination.

Q: 9. Will it work with a f2.8/80-200 D and D500?

A: I believe I have used this TC with the 80-200/2.8And it was very effective but it wasn't on the D-500 but rather the D-3x

Q: 10. How does it perform coupled with a 70-200 f/4G in terms of sharpness and autofocus?

A: Sorry, Nikon does not list this as a compatible lens. We suspect you could mount it however the auto focus would function poorly if at all. Nikon does recommend this 1.4. Nikon AF-S Teleconverter TC-14E III B&H # NITC14EIII.

[0.07 lb] Cover fits like a glove. All sections fit tight and take some effort to get in place. But this means the cover is not going anywhere. Sections are available for the entire lens, but I chose to leave the focus and control ring uncovered. I just prefer the feel of the actual lens. Would recommend this for anyone who want some extra protection for their lens.

[Neoprene] I've been looking for something like this for a long time. I wanted at backpack that I could transport a tripod and a small amount of gear when taking a short hike. This fits the bill. I wish it had a slightly larger gear capacity, but it works for what it is.

[Neoprene] I bought this set to use on 14 and 17 TCs. I had to trim the larger one as it is intended for a 2x TC - it's easy to trim and fits the slightly smaller 17 TC perfectly. I own several other LensCoat products and have been extremely happy with them.

[0.07 lb] Cover fits the lens well, protecting the lens from bumps and scratches in the kit bag. Also reduces the thermal shock to the lens when working in the polar regions and is gentler on the fingers in the polar regions.

[0.07 lb] I bought several of this kind tripod backpacks ever since I discovered them. So far they are the best way to carry my big tripods to day hikes. You could even leave the camera on the tripod when you walk, just remember to lock the head so the camera won't swing around behind your head.
