A: The monitor battery will charge with the included AC adapter. Plug the AC adapter into the monitor and the plug into your AC power outlet.

Q: 4. Are the batteries rechargeable?

A: Yes the battery is rechargeable and the charger comes with the display.

Q: 5. The component input looks way different that the inputs for my tv. What adapter must I buy to have it work on this camera? My hdmi is not working on my fs100 so I must have the component cables match.

A: This monitor has BNC connectors for the component input. We have RCA to BNC adapters you could purchase. Another option to consider would be a monitor that has RCA component inputs, such as the Aputure VS-2.

A: No, the Lilliput HT7S 7" On-Camera Control Monitor with LANC Camera Control does not include a locking barrel power adapter in the box.

A: The Pearstone Articulating Arm and Mini Clamp Kit is a very nice option, it is B&H #PEAA83K. You can mount this 7 monitor to the arm and it even includes a clamp to connect the arm to your tripod.

A: The 665 accepts 24pfs to 60pfs signal.

A: The Sony FX3 Full-Frame Cinema Camera (B&H # SOFX3) does not have a LANC port, which will not allow for control on the Lilliput HT7S 7" On-Camera Control Monitor with LANC Camera Control.

[1] Purchased this monitor to attach to a Sony FDR ax53 video camera. I chose this one because the charger and battery was included. The monitor connects using the hdmi that came with the camera, but it'll work with an hdmi to micro hdmi cable. Right out of the box, the battery was charged at 50%, and I was able to use it right away. One thing to note, the sony camera wont allow the display on the monitor to show image during recording if it's set to 4k. Once you change the video setting to 1080, the image will be displayed during recording. Also, tested this monitor on the zoom Q8N, and it works just fine. 5

[< 12 W] I use this with my BMPCC and I can't think of a better value. Beautiful, clear picture and it comes with so many valuable itemslike a hard shell case, sun hood, AC Adapter and more. It does come with a ball-joint shoe mount, but that's the only negative thing about it. The mount was cheap and stripped itself out the first time I mounted it to the rig. Fortunately, I had no plans to use it permanently. I now use it with my Noga Cine Arm, and it absolutely amazing. What you get for the price is unbeatable, and the monitor itself is very high quality, durable and well made. 5

[7 to 24 VDC] I never used one of these before and thought I needed a more expensive model. I've been using it for two weeks now and really like that I'm not limited to using batteries. Everything I needed was in the box. I only had to get a tripod, but that is optional of course. 5

[7 to 24 VDC] While I have only had the unit for a week I have spent some with it and like it as much or more than I expected. Being able to use a Canon battery was a must for my purchase. The fact it will run off household power is also a great plus. The sun shade is easy to use and the Velcro is a nice touch as it will prevent damage to the unit and the shade by breaking away. I only plan to use for still photography and it works well in playback and or live mode. A nice little addition at a reasonable price. 5

[2.465 lb] We're using this on our Sony D50 video camera's. One of the Sony monitors died, and Sony no longer supports them. This is a great color monitor. It was easy to connect using standard BNC cables. Note: This monitor comes with a standard 1/4 hot shoe mount, so you don't need to buy one. I wish that had been listed under what's in the box on the B&H website. Would have save me $17, but in our line of work you always want to have a spare anyway. 5
