A: No. From the Sony website, the lens has a size of 3 1/8 x 4 3/8 . And you need to add the thickness of the two lens caps too. I would recommend buying the OP/TECH USA 3.5 x 6.0 Fold-Over Pouch, which is only $1 more expensive and cutting the length to perfect fit. Cutting to fit the length (with a pair of scissors) and re-stitching the top takes only a couple minutes. I did that to all my OP/TECH lens pouches.

[Empty] This is the perfect size for a Contax Carl Zeiss G2 f:2.8 90mm Sonnar. Get the sizing perfect, they are neat and save bag space. Too big, even a little too big, they are not so neat and the lid doesn't stay shut. The 282, nominally intended for the Nikon FTZ, Fringer and similar adapters is disappointingly sloppy. So nearly right. 5

[Fold-Over] I keep all my lenses in these OpTech pouches - sized differently, of course, for each lens. Evn when they are being carried in my camera backpack I keep them stored in these since sometimes I will put more than one lens in a compartment and I have no concerns about them being jostled around. They are a very inexpensive way to protect ones lenses. 5

[Black] I haven't started using it yet because the Tokina 11-20 has it's own closed pouch in my camera bag. However if the lens is ever out by itself it is going in the pouch. I watched a co-students lens roll out of his bag at Grand Teton National Park and down a 30-foot cliff to the Jackson Lake beach. It still worked after multiple bounces on the rocks along the way. 5
