Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Fits Nikon D850 with battery pack and nikon 28-300?

A: This case will not fit a Nikon D850 equipped with the MB-D18 Battery Grip and an AF-S Nikkor 28-300mm lens.

Q: 2. will it fit a Nikon z8

A: Yes, the OP/TECH USA Soft Pouch-Body Cover will fit the Nikon Z8 Mirrorless Camera body alone.

Q: 3. What is the maximum size filter that can be held by the filter pouch.

A: The maximum filter size that fits in the Op/Tech USA Lens/Filter pouch is 82mm.

Q: 4. Is it possible to un-thread the webbing and remove the mini quick-disconnect connectors, or are they permanently attached?

A: The OP/TECH USA Mirrorless Strap with Mini QD Connectors (Black) comes with a built-in connector. Unfortunately, you cannot remove it from the neoprene strap.

Q: 5. Hello. I have a Canon G7X that has a very small strap mount. Will this fit? Thanks.

A: It should work fine. The connectors are very small, I'm not familiar with that camera but I used it with a Sony A7.

Q: 6. Will it fit Rokinon 14mm f/2.8 Series II Lens for Nikon F?

A: Yes it will fit that lens.

Q: 7. What is the weight capacity of this? I have an A6300 and the heaviest lens I intend to hang on my neck is 660g.

A: I use this strap with all three of my Nikon 1 V series cameras; this model of strap is also on some of my binoculars because it is preferable to the originals. I do not hesitate to trust it with the weight you specified. --- Randy ---

Q: 8. I have small slr for which I think this strap would be perfect. However, I would like to have sturdier connectors since the lugs on the camera are of standard size. Is it possible to get other connectors, such as the ones on say, the Super Classic strap? If so, what do I need to buy in addition to this mirrorless strap? Thanks a lot.

A: I think you can buy the connectors individually. Go to the OP/Tech USA site and see what is compatible. I have a Fuji X-T1 with a larger lens (10-24mm) and this strap works well.

Q: 9. Will this strap affect the use of an L-bracket on the camera?

A: You can still use the E-Z Grip Strap when using an L-bracket; however, you wouldn't need the base plate that comes with the E-Z Grip Strap since the tripod mount area is being used to attach your L-bracket. Instead, you would need to be able to attach the 3/8" webbing of the E-Z Grip Strap to your L-Bracket. As long as you have an area on your L-bracket to attach this webbing, you should still be able to configure the E-Z Grip Strap to work with your set up. I hope that this is helpful. All the best!

Q: 10. How wide is the neoprene pad on the Op/Tech Mirrorless strap?

A: The OP/TECH USA Mirrorless Strap with Mini QD Connectors is 1.5 inches wide.

[Steel Gray] So, carrying a camera with lenses isn't thrilling, even if it's a nice camera with nice lenses. I do just that day after day when on a vacation so making it as little daunting as possible is what I was looking for. I came upon this wrist strap at B&H's website and ordered it. It enabled me to have the camera at hand, ready for photo-taking even when carrying a bag with my gear in it on my shoulder. It's very comfortable and secure and I'd recommend it...strongly.

[0.07 lb] Don't mess with straps that attach to the tripod hole that can fail. This strap firmly and securely hooks to one of the camera strap fitting lugs. Secure and comfortable wrist strap. The only real difference from the same strap that attaches to a DLSR (in my case a Canon 5D III) is the detachable snap is smaller.

[Steel Gray] Feather-light and discreet, this strap functions perfectly. The long-term durability of the neoprene remains to be seen (it's been in daily use for over 4 months so far), but the strap serves as a safety tether in case I lose my grip on the camera (a Pen-F) which has already happened once. Used in this manner, there's little-to-no stress on the materials so I feel confidant having it attached. Highly-recommended for lighter mirrorless or compact cameras

[0.07 lb] Excellent wrist strap. Especially nice if You're using this strap on a higher level, yet still hand sized (like around the size of a thread mount Leica) camera. As You may well know, even with their added weight, some designer made them slippery. The Op/Tech alleviates this problem by giving You a sure connection to the camera as long a sthe strap is on Your wrist. It's comfortable, too.

[Yes] This strap is the right size for my mirror less compact camera, Fuji X100F. The price is very reasonable. I have a few OP/TECH straps.

[0.07 lb] First of all, I trust my 5D Mark IV & M6 Mark II to OP/Tech USA straps whether it be cross body or wrist straps. Beginning of the year, I found myself doing more spontaneous photography activities (one of my New Year's resolutions). The cross body straps made me less efficient - as I now move my camera gear around in an open top canvas tote bag. So, when I am done with a particular shoot, I just toss my camera into my tote bag. As such, I found using a wrist strap would be better suited for me. I had already purchased an OP/Tech wrist strap for my 5D Mark IV. It has worked very nicely. So, I decided to get the OP/Tech wrist strap designed for a smaller form factor like the M6 Mark II (it's about a 1/4 narrower than the one on my 5D Mark IV). I am pleased to report, it has worked as planned! Note, I haven't ditched my cross body straps forever. I will still use them when I go on photography walkabouts. In the meantime, the OP/Tech wrist strap will give me a secure feeling as I hand carry my camera while taking spontaneous shots. And btw, they are quite comfortable and the configuration fits the OP/Tech connectors on my cameras perfectly so swapping out w/my cross body straps is a cinch! And as is B&H Photos m.o., order fulfillment & delivery was flawless even out here to So Cali! Thanks B&H Photo!
