A great choice for inkjet paper and canvas with lots of ink coverage, Drytac MediaShield Matte UV Heatset Overlaminating Filmprevents glare while preserving color definition and protecting your work against ultraviolet rays. Classified as a hybrid between thermal and pressure-sensitive films, it uses a heat-activated, solvent acrylic adhesive that provides a firm bond. This adhesive is also low-tack, allowing for removal or repositioning of the film on the substrate before activation occurs at 185 to 210°F.

Drytac's MediaShield Matte UV film is recommended in situations where a non-glare finish is essential or lighting conditions cannot be controlled. Popular applications include trade show and POP displays, event signage, outdoor graphics, counter/table/desk graphics (e.g., mouse pads and place mats), canvas, fabric, textured prints, digital prints, and fine art.

A: This will not fit on the Alien Bees 800. It will fit lights with the broncolor bayonet mount though.

[18 N / 25mm] The product itself is great. I used it on my epson photo stylus 1400, choosing the glossy photo print setting to slow down the printing process so that the ink would have enough time to dry. I did not need to use the entire 13x19 area so I was not vexed by the little filleted corner on the sheet, but just to let you know, there is one rounded corner on the film. this was probably put in place to let people know which side to print on. be sure to print on the rougher side of the film; if you hold it up to the light, you'll see that the rough side has a bit of a foggy appearance. the film itself is pretty thin and lightweight, which was great for my purposes. i would buy the product again, but that would probably be unnecessary seeing that this product only comes in large quantities. 5

[18 N / 25mm] Low heat adhesive. It does take about 24 hours to fully attach, but immediately after the platten, it is set and you will not be able to move your print. It is an off egg white color and inert chemically, and, for this type of non movable set, is archival. ColorMount was probably archival, but the Drytac truly is. It is an excellent product! 5
