A great choice for inkjet paper and canvas with lots of ink coverage, Drytac MediaShield Matte UV Heatset Overlaminating Film Rollprevents glare while preserving color definition and protecting your work against ultraviolet rays. Classified as a hybrid between thermal and pressure-sensitive films, it uses a heat-activated, solvent acrylic adhesive that provides a firm bond. This adhesive is also low-tack, allowing for removal or repositioning of the film on the substrate before activation occurs at 185 to 210°F.

Drytac's MediaShield Matte UV film is recommended in situations where a non-glare finish is essential or lighting conditions cannot be controlled. Popular applications include trade show and POP displays, event signage, outdoor graphics, counter/table/desk graphics (e.g., mouse pads and place mats), canvas, fabric, textured prints, digital prints, and fine art.

[18 N / 25mm] I always use HP original media and purchased the Artist Matte locally (in MX), however our local suppliers take long times (4-6 wks) for delivery as they don't have any pieces on hand. So I went online and found B&H but they don't have the Artis Matte Canvas, but the Professional Matte Canvas and purchased it, the difference in color is very noticeable. The whiteness is evident and, in my experience, there are less debris and powder when printing (sometimes a little speck of material will stick to the printed image, ruining the print). Also looks like the Artist Matte Canvas are discontinued, so now I work with a better quality product at a great price compared to what I can get locally. 5

[18 N / 25mm] Low heat adhesive. It does take about 24 hours to fully attach, but immediately after the platten, it is set and you will not be able to move your print. It is an off egg white color and inert chemically, and, for this type of non movable set, is archival. ColorMount was probably archival, but the Drytac truly is. It is an excellent product! 5
