The rugged SM31FH fitness headset condenser microphone is built for comfort and clear vocal reproduction. It features a cardioid polar pattern that helps reject unwanted noise, and a tailored frequency response optimized for speech intelligibility. The lightweight design reduces fatigue during high-impact use, while the flexible gooseneck with discrete adjustment options lets you position the microphone for further source isolation in loud environments.

The durable BLX1 bodypack transmitter offers a lightweight, ergonomic design that is comfortable for the instructor to wear. Group and channel selection buttons allow for quick and simple frequency matching with the receiver. Other features include an easily accessible on/off switch, adjustable gain control, and a TA4M 4-pin input jack.

The BLX4 receiver employs microprocessor-controlled internal antenna diversity to improve the quality and reliability of your wireless audio. An LED display shows group and channel settings, while two LED lights indicate when the system is ready for use and the strength of the incoming audio signal. The unit offers 1/4" and XLR outputs for connectivity to PA systems and mixing boards.

Shure offers a variety of lavalier, instrument, headset, and handheld microphone options to adapt your BLX system as your needs evolve.

  • The discrete MX153 sub-miniature earset mic provides exceptional clarity in spoken word applications.
  • The PGA31 is a comfortable headset microphone for lectures and presentations.
  • The CVL lavalier mic offers low visibility and clear vocal reproduction for discreet applications.
  • Instrumentalists can attach the WB98H/C flexible gooseneck instrument microphone for brass, woodwind, and percussion applications.
  • The WA302 guitar cable lets you connect the bodypack transmitter to a guitar or bass.
  • The BLX2 handheld transmitter is available with three different mic capsules for presenters who prefer the flexibility of a handheld microphone.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. can i connect 2 mics to 1 transmitter?

A: No.

Q: 2. Can I use 2 sets of Sony ECM AW4 concurrently in a 2 persons interview?

A: Yes, the mic sets seem to come with their own BT built in pairing codes. No seeing required. I have used 2 sets of these mics in close proximity, (interview style) and they stay on their own separate channel.

Q: 3. The lapel mic on this unit stopped working. What other microphones would work with the transmitters of this unit?

A: You may consider the Azden EX-503 Lavalier Microphone, BH #AZEX503.

Q: 4. how long does the battery last?

A: I use Eneloop pro batteries and i have been working with them over 5 hours

Q: 5. How many of this system can be use simultaneously?

A: I bought two, for each of my granddaughters. They use them simultaneously without any problems.

Q: 6. Dynamic or Condenser?

A: The Samson HS5 Headset Microphone uses a condenser type element.

Q: 7. What are the choices of frequencies. Already have 915.30 aand 916.80?

A: The entire DW-22 series are 900mHz: https://bhpho.to/3gpl5Qh

Q: 8. Will the receiver transmit static when the mics are turned off?

A: Whether a receiver creates noise while unpaired to its correlating transmitters is not a specification that manufacturers make known. In theory, the receiver in the Nady DW-22 HTHT Digital Wireless Microphone System should not present any extra noise when not paired to the microphone transmitters. However, as this device operates on open channels, it is susceptible to RF activity in the surrounding area, which could manifest as audible static noise.

Q: 9. Could this system be used as an audio mic for a battery powered speaker (everse 8)via an car input cable

A: You can use a DC power cable from the receiver of the Nady DW-22 or the Electro-Voice R300, connected to the DC Power Out port on the Electro-Voice Everse 8 speaker.

Q: 10. what is the range of the mics?

A: About 50-75' maximum, line of sight, no obstructions.

[Cardioid] I purchased 2 Shure BLX14 for an event and they worked very well. Client's were handling trained dogs and throwing disc while speaking at the same time. This was my first time using a wireless headset with my dj set-up. I am very pleased.

[66 dB ] I bought this wireless system for my pastor to use during half times of our youth basketball league. At first he was hesitant to use the headset but got used to it very quickly. We get virtually no feed back, set up was a breeze and it's a great value. I highly recommend it to anyone.

[Black] I am a physical education teacher. With classes of 20 or more elementary students, it was occasionally difficult to get everyone's attention if they were active and music was playing. That's no longer a problem with the Shure Wireless Headset System. Everyone can hear me from any area of the gym. Even when the music is playing. It is crystal clear and have not had any problems with the signal breaking up.

[145 dB SPL] I have now purchased 4 of these fine headset systems for use on our 7 indoor tennis courts located in 2 buildings I needed a system that would give me plenty of choices for frequencies and also a lot of transmission range due to the large area.I also needed a system that I could count on to work first time every time. Once I set these up and got everything synced I have really not had to do anything other than change batteries in the transmitters. They have worked great and at a reasonable price point.
