The 6000-18PS is a cable adapter from Anchor Audio. At one end, you'll find a TA4F connection. At the other, a 3.5mm stereo plug. This makes the cable quite suitable for allowing gear with TA4M pin-outs to interface with equipment sporting 3.5mm receptacles. For instance, with this 3' adapter, you could facilitate the connection of a bodypack transmitter to the output of a CD player in order to transmit music off of a CD. However, please note that the 6000-18PS will not work with Shure products. Also, it might require an impedance transformer to work with some electronic equipment.

However, since the permutations are endless, we cannot vouch for the efficacy of what ever combination you are considering.
