[3.0] Solid after 1 week. I downgraded from an MB8611 because of continued quality issues after Cox network upgrades that I think were related to OFDM and OFDMA channels. Could have been the MB8611, but after monitoring for a few weeks and not much help from Cox, I decided to try a downgrade. I still get similar Speedtest reports (600/30 Mbps), and all the latency issues and lost packets reported in the Zoom and Google Meet call stats are now gone. And one great difference is that I can connect to the modem admin page through my router, whereas the MB8611 required me to directly connect, which was a pain. 5

[Up to 1.4 Gbps] I bought this to replace the Comcast modem & save $10 a month. It worked without calling Comcast technical help, but, I couldn't get the speed I was supposed to be getting. I made a brief call to their tech department, giving them the model info & MAC address. Now I'm getting the proper speed, 5

[Up to 1.4 Gbps] I upgraded from an older, slower SURFboard cable modem, so just had to swap out the modem. Before doing so, I went to the Arris website and downloaded the do-it-yourself process to register the new modem with the cable company (Xfinity in my case) from my house, so no need to go to their store to give them the modem serial numbers. Worked like a charm and in ten minutes was up and running at faster speeds. 5

[3.0] Instant improvement in download speeds from about 30 mbps with the modem I was renting from my ISP, to about 70 mbps with this modem. Will pay for itself in less than a year, now that I'm not paying the rental fees. 5
