If you want to use that one you will need a receiver as well.The Elinchrom EL-Skyport has additional features that will only work with specific Elinchrom lights.With impact lights I would just use a traditional wireless sync. Some of those are listed below and the ones I am listing are kits with a receiver and transmitter.

A: We were able to test Elinchrom EL-Skyport Transmitter Pro for Nikon on Hasselblad X2D with Elinchrom FIVE Monolight for connection and TTL support which worked fine, but we have to say that our test is a simple connection and exposure check. Any specific lighting set up would require a check.
