Q: 1. Can this be charged with the IDX JL-2plus charger?

A: The IDX System Technology JL-2PLUS specifications state JL-2PLUS compatible batteries: All NP Li-ion/Ni-CD/Ni-Mh batteries. So practically speaking, it would seem it will charge the SWIT S-8073N 73Wh NP-1 Battery. However, since this is a mix of manufacturers, we would assume that such a combination is not supported by either company's warranty.

Q: 2. Can this transmit to an app or just a Swit receiver? And is it at all compatible with the lower end Curve model?

A: The Swit Flow500 transmitter just sends the wireless video signal to SWIT receiver. No app to monitoring of signal is supported. Flow500 transmitter can work up to 4pc receivers as multicaster. Latency is less than 100ms. The Flow500 transmitter does not work with lower end Curve model.

Q: 3. Can this battery be charged with the Varizoom SC-302 Charger?

A: Yes. That is correct. The VariZoom SC-302 Sequential Battery Charger will charge the NP-1.

Q: 4. Does it able to carry a pelican case, light stand, studio light, camera gears, and more?

A: Yes, can handle up to 120lbs.

Q: 5. Does this send video signals as is (even if it's 720) or does it convert/scale to 1080p?

A: The SWIT FLOW500 will send the signal as is. In this case, it will maintain a 720 resolution.

Q: 6. What is latency of this product in millisecond? Some how, it's technical information of this product is so limited.

A: According to Swit the latency is less than 50ms.

Q: 7. How accurate is the LED power indicator on this battery?

A: So far, we have not heard of any issues with the accuracy of the battery meter. Overall, B&H customers are very satisfied with SWIT products.

Q: 8. Can this item be used with other V mount Batteries that?

A: This product is compatible with all the SWIT V-Lock batteries and 3rd party batteries. You can use other V-Mount Battery brands.

Q: 9. Charge via D_tap with older swit charger for the NPL60? charger model Model DSS168100

A: The D-Tap connections are listed as outputs only. We are not aware of this battery being able to be charged through D-Tap.

Q: 10. Can this battery be charged via D-Tap?

A: You can charge S-8073N via the D-tap socket by the SWIT portable single channel charger: SWIT S-3010B Portable Charger for Batteries with D-Tap Connector B&H # SWS3010B.

[6.5 x 4.8 x 3"] I had experienced a problem with charging that turned out to be a defective battery. SWIT Customer Service had me return both the battery and charger to them for testing. They identified the battery as having issues, and Federer me back a replacement. The charger itself is great! 5

[1.15 lb] I ran 12 LED par 64 on 1- ch 12 led on the other 4 led bars on another 4-chauvet spot 350 on another & 2-hurricane foggers on another channel & still had 3- channels left NO PROBLEMS this thing is AMAZING 8ch DMX gotta have one .... AWSOME ... thinks B&H .... 5

[10 - 90%] I like that the outlets are far enough apart to plug things in and still have room for your fingers to hold the plug. Other manufacturers cram them together, but this power distributor is great! 5

[6.5 x 4.8 x 3"] I've not had any issues with this product - it does its job well with no fuss. It's also very well made, including the connectors. I was unsure if it would totally strip the audio from the SDI feed (so that there was no audio on the looped output) but this is not the case. The output is 'untouched' and includes audio. 5

[6.5 x 4.8 x 3"] Just got this and it's working exactly as expected. The build quality is average, but it's only $$!! I am using this in a club install to boost my DMX signal and split it into different zones. Easy set-up, and even has a 5 pin DMX input and thru (I am using mainly 2 pin, but it's nice to have the option). The indicator lights are very handy (you can see that DMX is being transmitted to a specific channel). This is my first Blizzard product, so far so good. 5
