[White] I love my Korg LP-380U. I have been playing piano for about one year on a 61-key digital keyboard and decided I needed to upgrade. Wow, what a difference! The Korg LP-380U has fully weighted keys and beautiful sound. It is also a compact size that easily fits in small spaces. Highly recommended and I also highly recommend B&H. They are the best!

[White] B&H shipped quickly, had the best price around and the bundle was reasonably good quality. The Korg B2 has one of the best groupings of voices of ANY digital piano. The action is fast, weighted and graded. What it doesn't have is 300 voices, etc. If you are interested in playing piano or play professionally, this js a great instrument without the confusing stuff. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat! B&H is one of the most reliable vendors I have ever dealt with. Kudos to them.

[White] I play piano for hours, so this stand has made a big difference. It's sturdy, even for intense playing, and makes my Casio feel that much more like the real thing. It also looks great no matter where you put it, which is a plus.

[22 lb] First, B&H shipped the next day after ordering. Their package, which included a bench, headphones was decent quality. Korg has almost no bells and whistles in this piano, just gre3at sound and keyboard action for a learning or advanced piano player. Happy with my purchase and happy with B&H

[White] Love this digital Piano. I have a Yamaha Acoustic Piano to compare to. This korg 389u has outstanding key action and sound. I am extremely pleased with my korg 380u. 73 yr old 4th year student with weekly lessons. Get up early to practice and now I won't wake up my wife .

[White] This feels just like playing a real piano. Very nice response to force and repetition. I really like the simple, minimal design. I have never had a use for keyboards full of lessons, song demos, cheesy backing tracks, and other unnecessary clutter (The D1 does have demo stuff but at least it's out of the way). This still has plenty of useful features to control, such as the metronome, tunings, and lots of options for combining sounds. That being said, it would be a nice touch if parameters of some of the sounds could be changed like on the real instruments, like the organs or electric pianos. But that's not a huge deal since I didn't buy this to have total control over every aspect of the sound - I mainly just wanted a realistic piano (but I do especially like the Rhodes and 60s electric piano). The only annoyance I have found so far is that there is a subtle high pitch frequency that is audible through headphones. It's not particularly loud or noticeable at normal volumes and it didn't seem worth it to go to the trouble of sending this big thing back and exchanging it. It is easily removed with an EQ adjustment if you're recording or playing through an amp but still slightly disappointing since everything else about this piano is so enjoyable. I'm still giving 5 stars with the assumption that it is just an isolated problem and not something found in all of them. The included pedal works well - it does not do half pedaling so if you want the full real piano experience, you'll have to upgrade the pedal. Overall, very happy with the purchase - looks great, sounds great, feels great.

[White] I splurged for the stunning red version of the PX-S1000 and initially purchased one of those less expensive portable X stands with the thought that I could easily move it around the house or even bring it somewhere.


Not the right move. I'm 6'1 and while sitting, positioning my legs in a way where I could reach the pedal was very awkward and I'd keep hitting my legs against the stand making the piano wobble a bit. The X stand was also large compared to the piano (the PX-S1000 is definitely smaller front-to-back than other pianos) so the rubber ends of the stand were sticking out from the front and back of the piano.


Also the piano is still heavy and I don't see myself ever moving it from it's place in my apartment so I returned the X stand and splurged for this stand instead.


Best decision I could've made. The stand is super-stable, has plenty of room for your legs, and is really aesthetically pleasing, even with the red/black contrast. It fits the dimensions of the piano perfectly and it is still easy to unscrew the stand and piano so each can be moved around the house easily.


Stop hesitating and just pull the trigger!

[White] That's it. Sounds great. Plays like a grand piano - action is on the heavy side, but I like that. Just a few sound options but you can blend two voices for a thicker pad for fun. The main acoustic piano is very nice. Also makes a great controller and sound source as it has the traditional MIDI input and output.
