The 4GB DDR2 800 MHz SO-DIMM Memory Module is designed for use with Apple's MacBook (Mid 2009) and iMac (24" and 20" Early 2008) models, and is also compatible with certain Intel/AMD-processor-based PC laptops. The module fully meets Apple's specifications, with special attention to proper thermal specifications, and is also fully compliant with JEDEC specifications. These are non-ECC, non-parity, dual rank modules that have a CAS latency of 6.

[4 GB] These were special order through B&H due to them being DDR2 which is pretty old by today’s standards. I was just upgrading an old MacBook Pro early 2008. Put these in easily as well as a 1tb Crucial ssd also from B&H. The laptop runs like a champ and so much faster due to the changes. Thank you B&H. Always my go to online store. 5

[0.05 lb] Just installed the new 'sticks' from OWC. My Mac desktop coughed, blinked and then hit the digital highway full speed ahead. The added RAM increased speed for my editing chores with Premiere and decreased my frustration with a timeline that constantly stuttered. Thanks OWC. [200-Pin SO-DIMM] Although I originally ordered this for my mac (that is until I found out, the ram is soldered to the motherboard), I found good use on my old laptop. It made it run way faster. 5
