Q: 1. Since there's no manual when I bought this. How do you adjust this to work on larger sized lens like an 82mm? The wheel just goes over 360* degrees making the hard stop useless. Any ideas?

Q: 2. Will this work well with the Canon C100 II?

A: I have this and I use it for Blackmagic Cinema and Production cameras and occasionally my Canon 5D Mk IV or 7D Mk II, to give you an example of the range of cameras it works on. What makes this work for me is I use Rokinon cinema lenses with the gears already built in. That being said, I would imagine it would work fine provided the gear from the follow focus will reach the gear on the lens since it sits up a little higher on the C100.

Q: 3. Does this item come with a case?

A: By itself, the FF-T03 does not come with a hard case. However, when purchased in TT-03-GJ kit, it will indeed come with a hard carrying case.

Q: 4. Does it have a reversible gear mechanism to use with Nikon lens ?

After some contemplation and a second cup of coffee, it occurred to me that, for just this follow focus, if you flip the whole thing around it will effectively reverse the drive direction of both wheels. Since this follow focus has 2, and not just one, you will be able to control it from whichever side is comfortable to you, in the direction you prefer. You'll just have to remember which setup you use for your Canon lens and which you use for your Nikon.

A: If you are referring to the Chrosziel Reverse Gear for Studio Follow Focus Rig, then that modification only works for Chrosziel StudioRig Follow Focus Rigs.

Q: 6. Is the turning ratio 1:1 or 2:1?

A: The Tilta FF-T03 15mm Follow Focus with Hard Stops comes with five flexible gears for your lens and 0.5, 0.6, and 08 MOD drive gears.

Q: 7. Is it possible to unmount the FF from the 15mm rod adaptor and mount it on a 19mm Tilta rod adaptor?

A: We do not recommend it because It is not designed to do that. This doesn't mean that it is impossible to mount the follow focus to a 19mm rod adaptor but you would likely lose the ability to easily slide left and right to accommodate different diameter lenses. Not to mention it would void the warranty in the event something happened to your follow focus as a result of this modification.

Q: 8. Is there any play with this follow focus?

A: Yes there is. However it is very manageable especially when compared to other follow focus at this price point.
