The small Low Heat Quartz LED Lightbanks from Chimera offer simple set-up and are made with the same durable material as the Quartz Plus One Lightbanks but replace high heat material with a soft silver interior. These lightbanks offer a big, broad beam of light for film and video applications. Included with each lightbank are four poles, a removable internal 1/8 grid baffle, one 1/8 grid front screen and a carry sack. The lightbank measures 24 x 32".

Q: 8. Can I fit a ALZO 85W Joyous Light Full Spectrum bulb in this?

A: No, the Chimera light has a Mogul base and that is larger than the bulb you mentioned which is E26/E27.

A: This softbox includes a front diffuser and an interior baffle.

Q: 10. Is it really not possible to use a 500 watt bulb in this one?

A: Unfortunately, Chimera does not recommend a 500 watt tungsten lamp to be placed inside of this Pancake Lantern due to the excessive amount of heat that it will give off.

[Yes] Using the grid helps me to keep our soft box light on the subject with less spill onto the background. They're pricey but I'm glad to have one for each of the softboxes on my Gemini 2x1's 5

[2.8 lb] I work about 250 miles above the arctic circle and do a lot of photo while at work, so these gloves have been a godsend. Most days are well below zero temperatures (Fahrenheit & Celsius) so having warm hands is essential to staying safe, but also enjoying my time outside. Being able to put hand warmers in the zippered pockets is a bonus for those really cold and windy days. 5
