Supporting payloads up to 82.5 lb, the Miller Cineline 70 HD MB 1-Stage Alloy Tripod Systemis designed for feature films, documentaries, and commercial productions with heavy digital cinema camera rigs. It features an ARRI-sized side-loading camera plate, 150mm ball base, and when fitted with Miller's optional Mitchell Base Adapter 1225, can be mounted on traditional Mitchell flat base tripods. The Cineline 70 head offers seven positions (plus zero) of fluid pan and tilt drag and eight selectable counterbalance settings - all conveniently located for quick and easy access.

While designed to support heavy loads, the Cineline 70 remains lightweight at only 12.6 lb thanks to its alloy construction, which is also water and dust resistant. The ARRI-style side-loading camera plate has two 3/8"-16 screws and offers a 5.9" sliding range, aiding in quick rig re-balancing when lenses and accessories are changed. Additionally, the head has dual side mounts for attaching accessories via optional mounting brackets or threaded adapters, as well as a front head mount for attaching Mitchell's optional adapter camera assistant's box adapter. The head comes included with dual telescopic pan handles, adjustable from 15.4 to 23.2" in length.

[Yes] This I'm thing is truly a beast of a fluid head for the price. As a wildlife filmmaker I am generally using huge O'Connor heads with massive lenses. This little rig gives those beasts a run for their money. In a pinch I have used this as a replacement head with a Gemini and a 150-600 lens and it was stable and smooth as could be. It also works great for my timelapse and slider setups. The three stops of resistance was scary at first but I honestly rarely use anything other than the second level of resistance. Absolutely recommend! 5

[Fluid Head] I bought this as a travel tripod for a documentary shoot in Europe last spring. The legs collapse down small enough to fit into my checked luggage and I am able to easily fit the Air head in my carry on camera case. All-in-all, it is a fairly lightweight, efficient and sturdy solution for creating buttery smooth pans and tilts, adjustable to a broad range of different heights to cover nearly any situation.Simply stated, the Miller Air makes shooting fun again and has easily become the preferred tripod in my collection. The quick setup time, its rock solid build quality, and the agility it provides to move around and grab a variety of shots in a timely manner makes this my go-to tripod for nearly every assignment.If you've ever used a Miller head, you'll feel right at home with the Air and the professional quality and precision it delivers. I use it regularly with my FS100, Sony SLTs and now my A7Rm2 rig and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! 5

[2x 3/8"-16 Male] We have the Compass 20 but needed something smaller to travel with. This is lighter and shorter, but there doesn't seen to be much if any compromise on quality, strength, and stability. The max payload is a little lighter and there are a few less settings on the head. The legs are very strong. 5
