The Manfrotto 496 Ball Head Kit with 200PL-PRO & 200PL Platesis the replacement quick release plate for all heads that use the RC2 (3157N) system. The plate comes with a 1/4"-20 camera screw and a 3/8" bushing adapter, and is compatible with 35mm and standard thread-mounted medium format cameras.

[7 x 4.3 x 0.5"] On my original plate the E clip that retains the 1/4-20 screw fell off and was lost. I was unable to find a replacement clip that would fit, the clip from Manfrotto was about half the cost of this new plate. B&H had it at a great price, of course. 5

[0.13 lb] Compatible with Black Rapid FastenR-T1 and makes it easy and quick to switch camera between BR strap and Manfrotto tripod or monopod heads which use the 200PL Quick Release Plate. A great addition to your equipment if you use a tripod or monopod frequently. 5
