A: No it will not. The Blackmagic Design Micro Converter SDI to HDMI 3G (with Power Supply) is the opposite of what you are looking to do. It takes a video signal from an SDI source and converts it to HDMI. You need a converter that will convert an HDMI source to SDI.

[0.035 lb] While it is annoying that SmallHD has the female end so far inside the frame of the housing, this cable is great. I needed it to go from my SmallHD monitor to my Canon EOS R.- Mini HDMI to Micro HDMI - And since I could not find anyone else that made this cable to be able to fit on this monitor, I ended up with this one. Works perfectly and is lightweight so that when I have it perched on my gimble it doesn't add that much more weight that it takes me that much longer to re-balance the gimble. 5

[0.035 lb] I use this cable to connect Z6 (mini HDMI) to Mixpre-3 II (micro HDMI) to transfer time code / recording function. If I press record button on Z6 and MixPre-3 ii will record / stop accordingly at the same time. This cable works. It is not the cable's issue but micro HDMI is a bit small and fragile so I am very careful not to bump the connector thus damage the cable and mating connector. 5

[0.035 lb] The mirco-hdmi slides in snugly and perfectly, works well when used with Small HD Focus mounted on Ronin-S. Not much spare length but have enough slack to handle the basic moves. 5
