The band B & D AKG WMS40 Mini Dual Wireless System Band B & Dfrom AKG WMS40 Mini Dual Wireless System Band B & Dis a true plug and play wireless solution that provides clear audio sound. It can be used with guitar and bass instruments, headsets, and instrumental mics in applications to capture audio for live stage, rehearsals, hotels, gyms, and more. In addition, it has an extremely long battery life of 30 hours on a single AA battery, and saves money in day-to-day operation.

Each of the two included PT40 pocket transmitters provides a professional 3-pin mini-XLR connector that is also compatible with AKG's MicroMics from line to mic level. The WMS40 is a fixed-frequency system and the receiver has two 1/4" output connectors. Two MKG L-instrument cables and a universal power supply are also included.

A: Not that we are aware of.

A: This does not control the camera. Use a smartphone app for that.

[Non-Diversity] I have bought two set of different Frequency Band (A & B) & (C & D). They work together, the mics work perfectly for my set up. Nice that they use a AA battery instead of a 9 volt. Amazing distance too! I walked out into the street from my house and they still came in loud and clear. 5

[40 Hz to 20 kHz] We have 6 of these mics at our Church now. These are now the only mics we use. We love the clarity, the range and the single AA battery is awesome. You can spend more but it would be hard to get more. We love our AKGs 5

[2.815 lb] The clarity this system provided was outstanding. Are use the system in a medium size conference hall that accommodate it 250 guest. The wireless system was located in an electrical room. There was no interference and I really was amazed by its clarity. 5

[Non-Diversity] I was asked to update the grade school sound system after they truncated the stage (and killed all the wiring) system. I bought all four frequencies and plugged they receivers into a wireless mixer. The school loves this system, no wires and the sound quality and battery life is really good. I liked it so much I bought one for myself. 5

[660 to 865 MHz ] I bought my wife a Karaoke machine for Christmas which was two 1/4 microphone inputs on it. I was thinking how cool it would be to have wireless mics so people could hand them off as songs changed, instead of being limited by a cord, and having to swap seats. The WMS40 fit the bill PERFECTLY. I was a little concerned, with the low price, that the quality wouldn't be there, but the system is static free and sounds GREAT! I used balanced 1/4 cables (pulled from patchbay) to connect the microphone base unit to the Karaoke machine. The distance from the singers to the base unit is under 30 feet so I can't speak for the range of the unit. 5
