[1.035 lb] A great paper, not only for photos bur also for printmaking and collage. Love the fact I can put it in my printer so any type of image can be used and then the paper image can be used in another application. The whole line of Awagami papers is fun to explore! Customer service at their website can also answer technical questions which is very helpful for artists!

[1.035 lb] I included a 20 sheet package of this Awagami paper in a larger order from B&H about two years ago. I had never used the paper before, but had read about it and wanted to give it a try. Well, I finally got around to trying it a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised with my first few prints. Using my Epson 3880 inkjet paper, the results were excellent. This paper will be my first choice in matte papers from now on.

[200 gsm] I'm a photography student and I absolutely love this paper! Other than the conveinent fact that it's double-sided, it prints super well. It holds my blacks pretty well that can get messy with cheap matte paper, or matte paper in general. The only thing that might be a downfall is the price (not too bad, but definitely fair price compared to some higher quality papers), but defintiely worth it if you want to present high quality work on good paper!

[Alpha Cellulose] I just finished printing a portfolio with this paper using an Epson P800 printer. I'm delighted by the results. This is a lightly-textured, matte, Japanese Washi paper. It fed through the printer without problem. Awagami's downloadable ICC profile worked well, although the generic Epson matte paper profile did to. There was some softening of image contrast and color saturation as you'd expect, so don't think of this as a general-purpose paper. For me it worked better with images that didn't have lots of dark areas. This paper is also rather delicate. You have to match the right image to it for it to really make sense, especially given its price. But if you want a paper with a certain tactile quality, this is a beautiful choice.

[200 gsm] Fantastic paper for photo bookmaking. Unfortunately BH will not fulfill requests for specific grain direction and advised me to buy it elsewhere if grain direction is important. I wish they could create separate listings for short and long grain because I’d be a regular buyer.

[Single] Outstanding paper for fine art reproduction. A nice weight and texture. Colors and details are impressive. Compared with Hahnemuhle Fine Art Matte, and Ilford Smooth Fine Art, Entrada was the most appealing and the least expensive. What more could one ask?

[Alpha Cellulose] I am so pleased with how well this paper is working for me. And the ICC profiles for my P900 are surprisingly good (surprising to me at any rate). Now…if I can sell the prints…

[1.035 lb] This paper requires very careful handling but is very sensual and is a beautiful medium for the art prints. Enjoyed purchasing it very much.

[1.035 lb] Love these little pre-cut papers. Nice to have on hand and prints beautifully. Because they are double sided, they also work great for test prints without having to use so many sheets of paper.

[Alpha Cellulose] Great paper for a lot of paper crafts. Inkjet print great on it. You will see the paper comes a bit larger than the 8x11 but I just cut off the extra by aligning up an 8x11 on it.
