[1/4"-20] You need several of these. One for each grip arm, plus several spares. I use to mount' Godox AD-200's to Matthew stands. Note: works with the AD-400 also. The AD-400 doesn't need the 1/4 thread: the AD-200's do need it. 5

[0.67 oz (19 g)] This is a handy little suction cup mount. It's working for me just as advertised. I'm using it to mount a small Genaray LED-5300 light to the back of my computer monitor to add some light for my zoom calls, and it is working great. The suction cup is holding this light no problem. The light even has a small NP-F battery attached which is adding weight and this mount is holding it all with ease. I love that it has a latch to add to it's suction and also makes it simple to take on and off. It has a tilt mechanism that allows you to position the light or accessory very easy and tightens down well. When you remove the 1/4-20 screw attachment, there is 3-Prong mount that is great for GoPro or action cameras too. That is a nice touch. I'm happy with this mount, it's doing exactly what it is supposed to do. [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review] 5

[0.085 lb] This is a handy little device. Everything-well almost everything-has a 1/4-20 threaded socket and this is the ideal device for mounting such equipment (such as an iPhone, small lights, mics, etc.) without a lot of bulky equipment. Well made and can be positioned just as you like it. I like it because it is small and lightweight and has a nice big-diameter nut so you can position the device securely when it is being used. 5
