A: Yes. I prefer the glossy for metallic. The luster subdues the metallic. I wouldn't metallic B&W's with metallic. But color I prefer glossy metallic and lustre regular.

A: No problems using it on the P400.

A: No idea sorry.

The PIXMA PRO-1 Inkjet Photo Printer uses pigment-based inks from the Canon LUCIA family. The Pro Platinum paper is excellent and will work, but prints will have a Semi Gloss finish. [Yes] I use it to produce calendars-- was able to cut the cost almost in half and It makes beautify prints on my Epson 3800. I do not use it for fine art prints (here I used Epson Premium Luster) because it's a little light weight. 5

[0.19 lb] I really appreciate that they pack the photo paper with reinforced cardboard to protect the boxes of photo paper from getting damaged in any way.The prices are the best on this product. 5

[Single] This paper is great for everyday printing. I can make a print on this paper and see what the result will be, before I use expensive paper. The colors are bright and accurate. It's also great for family pics. 5
