A: That which you see in the picture is a set for one roll of paper. If you want to operate 3 rolls of paper, you need 3 of those sets. The 2 white things in the picture fit inside the opposite ends of the cardboard tube and can be expanded to fit tightly inside it. Thus installed they become the axle and bearing for the paper roll and they must be supported by some type of wall mounted angle brace that you supply. Once you have a wall mounted support capable of holding the paper rolls, you will need to make an additional simple adapter to hold the axles in place on top of your support.
