Q: 1. I have this system I use for 2- 9 ft paper rolls and it worked fine for awhile but now when I move the chains it isnt catching the rolls and unwinding as it should. I have tried taking it off and reinstalling and tightening and everything. any ideas on what could be the problem?

A: There is a tension control on the drive without the chain to control how loose or how tight the drive will move. If this does not correct the issue, I would recommend speaking with the manufacturer by calling 212-594-2120.

A: There is no set high to mount it. You can mount it at the height needed.

Q: 3. Once you get a 9' roll mounted, what is the total width including the mounts? I want to make sure I have enough clearance on either end.

A: The ends stick out 6-8 from the roll of paper. I would have at least an 11' wall to attach to.

Q: 4. Can I swap different paper roles out whenever I need to? Like if I wanted to swap a red background for the grey one that's up, would I be able to easily?

A: It would be just a matter of removing the drives from the cardboard core of one paper roll in exchange for another paper roll.
