[1/8 Grid] Used for still photography with Arri 300 tungsten. Kit comes with internal baffle to diffuse any effect of spotlight (though Arri can be set to flood to minimise the effect) and full, half and quarter stop filters. Made of very tough material as it is used with lights that get very hot. Great addition to my lighting kit. (Note you need matching Chimera speedring to suit your light)

[0.3-Stop Loss] I have Arri T1 1000watt hotlights. I use larger Chimera softboxes for the key and fill lights but I didn’t have a softbox for the rim light. I chose the small as the light pattern was plenty big and because it wouldn’t be difficult to hang. // The softbox is robust & well made. There have been no problems with the heat.

[14 x 7 x 0.15"] Our old Chimera softbox had seen better days. After it started smoking because a sagging portion came into direct contact with the bulb, well, we decided to buy a new one. The softbox arrived quickly and in perfect condition. We noticed that our lighting situation is much improved, primarily because our old softbox was dingy with a decade of use. It's like someone said, Let there be light! We are thrilled with the website, the delivery time, and the quality of the new softbox.

[Hook & Loop] Bought this to replace a small Chimera that had yellowed after a couple decades of use with hot lights. It's riding on an Aputure 600 X pro now. Beautiful light through the Chimera, great spill control.

[Hook & Loop] I use these all the time with arri fresnel or wescott spider lights or mole LEDs. They are tough and produce great soft light. With the various grids (20 to 60) you can really shape the light were you want it to go.

[14 x 7 x 0.15"] It's been a great way to light interviews for years. Makes your subjects looks great. I usually use it with either a 650W or 1K light. You'll need a speed ring for every light you plan to put it on. This is my second one of these. The one I bought 4 years ago is still in great shape. But sometimes I've got two shoots going on simultaneously, so I needed a second one.

[14 x 7 x 0.15"] We've owned one Video Pro Plus 1 Softbox since 2000, and it's in just as good shape today as the day we opened the box. We use it regularly, and have used it countless times since we bought our first one. In order to light more evenly, we decided a second one would be more cost effective than switching to completely LED or flourescent fixtures for the time being. It's really a great product that stows away well. Obviously, it stands up well to regular use.
