Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Where should the transmitter be powered from, separate battery, camera?

A: The Amimon Transmitter for CONNEX Mini HD Video Link for UAVs will require a 4 pin connector for use with a 8-26V 3S-6S battery.

Q: 2. Does this support a Manfrotto Nitrotech N12 head?

A: Yes, this will work with the Manfrotto N12 Head.

Q: 3. Can the receiver loop out to another HDMI monitor?

A: Yes, the FeelWorld 5.5" On-Camera Monitor with Built-In Wireless Receiver has an HDMI OUT.

Q: 4. Is available in 80km

A: This unit is rated for 6 miles / 9.6 km. Since 80km is almost 50 miles, this is not your answer.

Q: 5. Would the rhino two or three be better fitted for a Canon 7D Mark II with a Canon 100-400mm II and 1.4x II?

A: Both the Benro Rhino Carbon Fiber Two Series Travel Tripod with VX25 Head and the Benro Rhino Carbon Fiber Three Series Travel Tripod with VX30 Head hold more than enough support weight. So either one is good for use with the 7D II and 100-400mm II lens. Note you should get one of these for the lens, https://bhpho.to/3ag6F7d .

Q: 6. Is this capable of handling a FF mirrorless body plus a telephoto lens such as a 70-200 2.8? A reviewer was concerned about the capacity of the head.

A: Yes it is a very strong head with friction control and able to handle a telephoto lens such as 70-200 2.8. Please check here the listing for the head only and there is another review here which is positive. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1576684-REG/benro_gx30_three_series_arca_swiss.html

Q: 7. If I am recording 4k video on GH4 and wirelessly transmitting to Elvid 4K monitor, will I be able to use this transmitter/receiver set? Will I need to shoot lower quality video, or will the video seen on the monitor just be in 1080p? If I can shoot 4k video on this set up, will this work adequately when pulling focus for a 1st AC?

A: The FeiDu HDMI Wireless Video Transmitter and Receiver Set does not support 4k video signals. We would recommend the Teradek Spark 4K Transmitter/Receiver Set for lag free 4k wireless video transmission up to 30p.

Q: 8. What is the latency specification? It says "zero delay," but what does it actually register in milliseconds?

A: The FeiDu HDMI Wireless Video Transmitter and Receiver Set (B&H# FEFWT200) (and systems like it) are designed to be used by first assistant cameras (i.e. "first ACs"), directors, as well as producers and other end customers who need to see what a camera is capturing. The "zero latency" designation represents a classification rather than a measured time interval in milliseconds. The meaning of "zero latency" in this case is that it is able to be used for pulling focus, say by a first AC. Moreover, one can expect that the audio and video will still be relatively "in sync" without having to add latency to one of the inputs (typically to audio). For those reasons, the manufacturer does not give a latency figure. Having said that, it would still be advisable to consider any latency that one's remote production monitor might introduce to the setup, Any latency in the case of the FeiDu HDMI Wireless Video Transmitter and Receiver Set (B&H# FEFWT200) will be negligible.

Q: 9. Is the SFP module included and if so, what type of connector does it use? The pictures kind of look like a LC connector.

A: This product has SFP optical connections for Fiber.

Q: 10. Is this the cartridge/casing I need to put an SSD card into so it will fit into the NSB-25?

A: Yes this is the correct item for using a SSD with the NSB-25.
