The Easyrig Vario 5 with FLOWCINE Serene Preinstalledfrom Easyrig Vario 5 with FLOWCINE Serene Preinstalledis a body-worn support system that takes the weight off your back, neck, and shoulders and distributes it to your hips. Designed for supporting cameras or even entire rigs ranging from 11 to 38 lb, this system enables you to capture steady handheld shots in comfort for hours while giving you the ability to relax your arms. The ERIG-VA5-GR-SE-EXT Vario 5 comes with a standard Gimbal Rig vest and a 5" extended arm. Additionally, it comes with a FLOWCINE Serene two-axis spring arm stabilizer with extension arm preinstalled.

The Gimbal Rig vest adds extra lower-back support when holding heavy stabilizer rigs. The Vario 5 lets you adjust the line tensions to adapt to many different cameras and configurations. This can be done by turning the adjustment screw located on the back.

The FLOWCINE Serene smooths video results by mitigating vertical vibrations induced by walking or running during a tracking shot. It also stabilizes side to side motion in similar tracking situations by counter-pivoting around its center axis.

[Vest System] I rented and used different version of the Easy Rig and I Think this has to be one of the better builds. It allows me to go all day handheld without the stress on my back or arms. I've done gigs all handheld without a rig and now with a rig. I have to say that I will never go back to without a rig. This support system is putting years back onto my career. It's pricey, but then what not expensive in our business. Solid build, sturdy, and well crafted. There are other rigs that are out there that less expensive. I know. I've used them. They pale in comparison to this one. So, do yourself a favor and buy once and don't settle for a cheap imitation. 5

[1/4"-20 Male] Have used now on four shoots, two all-day hand held, two Movi. At 45, I have back pain on almost any shoot where I have to go handheld for over 15 minutes with my large camera package. I had tried other rigs for the Movi, but never fully evading the 'end of the day discomfort' that was sure to show up. This package changed all of that. Of all the gear I've bought over the years, this has to be my best purchase. The impact was immediate... walked away from two 14 hour days with zero pain or stiffness. Next shoot, Stabil arm worked so well with my Movi walk-and-talk, again.. no back pain. The quality and build of this rig is top notch. Nothing overlooked, no expense spared with build quality. And to top it off... takes seconds to 'rig up' with the help of the easy lock waist belt. If I was hot, I'd easily take it off between setups. I could rig-up as late as talent walking to set which is something I could never do before with the movi and other setups. Bottom line, this rig is an investment in your future as a DP if you suffer from any kind of back pain. Wish I had purchased 10 years ago. 5

[Vest System] Love it. It took 2 minutes to install and I was shooting on a farm in a downpour while keeping my C500 dry and my mind at ease about it. Still had some light water drops collect on the front of the lens from wind but lens fogging and droplet collection is pretty expected. It allowed me to get shots in weather that I normally would shy away from. 5
