Currently I have a Manfrotto Super Clamp in the pouch and with the thickness of the walls of the LensPouch, I am not concerned about other pieces of gear getting damaged. [Empty] I'm using this as a belt pouch to carry an extra lens. It fits snugly and securely on the belt. It is plenty large enough to hold any of the lenses I own even my 300mm f4.0. I like the fact that it is a soft bag rather than one that holds a firm shape. The drawstring is a nice feature, too. 5

[0.435 lb] I use this to protect my Sigma 150-500 while its in my backpack. It takes much less room in the pack than does the good case which came with the lens. Does all it needs to do. Fit is a bit short but covers the lens. 5
