A: Outside dimensions are 11 x 16 . The center portion where the handle is measures 4 x 11 . That leaves two compartments on either side of the handle and those compartments measure 6 x 11 . There is about 3 of expansion room in each compartment.

A: I would not recommend this because of the small area of adhesive. I don't think it would last at all. I intended to sew this to my camera strap so I would have a place to put the hot-shoe cover (Nikon BS-1) when I'm not using it. I have not yet sewn it to the camera strap though.
