[Black] Saves a lot of space on the desk. Perfect size for the KRK Rokit4's or larger. No vibration issues.

[Iron] I really like this tand!

[Black] I just got these two bad boys propped up fully-extended on my desk and they are rock solid. I have two Yamaha HS5's sitting on them and they both sound and look great. The stands also are fantastic because the space they take up on the desk they give right back due to the design of the stands. Having to two monitors mounted as well as two speakers propped up on these two desktop stands creates the illusion that everything is levitating. It looks great.

[Iron] Stand looks and feels great. Note that this has a nice Crome finish although the current photo shows the black version.

[Black] Very sturdy and heavy-duty stands. The build quality is excellent as is with all K&M products, and I like that they offer some of their stands in gray, for a nice alternative to all the black stands you usually see. It would be cool if they offered a version of this with a 5 degree upward tilt. Aesthetically, I'm not the biggest fan of the two-pronged foot design of the base, and I think I would have preferred if the front edge just went straight across, or maybe if it had a curved front edge like on their 16075 headphone stand. But that's a pretty minor complaint. They do look nice as is.

[Round] Got a pair of the small model for my pair of Genelec 8030C monitors and find that they're an excellent fit with just a little room to spare (so don't get the larger stand if you're also getting stands for 8030C monitors). The weight and sturdiness of the stand gives one a feeling of confidence in their stability, and I don't question the reliability of the height adjustment mechanism in holding the platform in place. There's no perceptible play in the height adjustment once it's locked down. The rubber feet are nice and pliant and there's minimal sag/droop when placing the monitors on the stands (with this C-shaped stand design, it's impossible for it to have 0 sag/droop; it's the tradeoff for this space-saving design). Anyway, you can check with a bubble level if you need that kind of precision. It's a quality piece of furniture. I recommend it.

[16.55 lb] These are well worth the price. I've been through cheaper stands that now take up space in a closet. These are very well made, and super heavy. Love the adjustability, as it allows for dialing in the tweeter height.

[Iron] I just bought a pair of Neumann kh 80's and I had hoped getting a couple of stands would help with positioning. They have done that and more. They're easy to place as well as raise and lower, but they are amazingly heavy... in a good way. The bonus is with the rubber feet and top stands. They aren't glue sticky but they hold the speakers tightly in place. Awesome!

[16.55 lb] Couldn't ask for more from this stand. There is very solid registration between the rod and base, and the adjustment mechanism has had no slippage of any kind. The base is rock solid, and seems like it could brush aside any kind of mishap. Being made in Germany makes for a nice cherry on top.

[Iron] Well build speaker stand suitable for up to 5 inch monitor speaker. Adjust its height easily and never compromise the sound from speaker. I'm totally satisfied and highly recommend this product for those who are looking for a desktop speaker stand.
