the ability to autofocus without the ronin gimbal is stellar the fact that this makes perfect use of an already amazing product is awesome ! it does its job as expected. the only thing I wish is for stronger motors for DJI but nonetheless it doesn't disappoint 5

At first I was a bit causes to get it cause my aim was to go for the Lidar Pro bundle. But since it’s still new, places are out of stock and here in South Africa, we struggle to get tech like this. But B&H, I am more than happy about this product, delivering was on point as expected and professional. My Nisi Lenses can enjoy getting pulled haha. 5

I implore you to ignore the negative review left by a previous reviewer that was later updated. It literally says in the instructions when using the product your camera must be set to manual focus. Of course you would have issues successfully capturing lightning with a trigger when autofocus is on, especially during the afternoon when there's less contrast between the bolt and lit sky. I just ordered another strikefinder 2 to go with my new camera purchase. I've had the 1st for 2 years and have captured some insane bolts that I never would have by pure chance. Long exposures work for night shooting without a trigger, but this takes the guess work out of day shooting. Even with an intervalometer built into your camera there's no guarantee. This has made a huge difference in my successful capture rate. If you're serious about lightning photography I highly recommend it! 5

I've used the z-loupe on Canon's 5D series of cameras, and this one for the EVA1 is even better. �Most importantly, it doesn't require power, which allows for a lighter and less complicated rig. �You give some resolution compared with the Gratical Eye, but you gain a lot in portability and efficiency. �As far as loupes go, this is the best you can get. 5

Quite easy to set up and after a few test shots had it dialed in. But Had some triggering issues after a few weeks. A phone call to support was returned within an hour. After some troubleshooting questions from Jane, she said she was sending me a new unit. 5

I was reading a comment on here that was really negative about the product. I purchased mine a year ago, and it works great. I just wonder if that review is bogus. I have taken some beautiful photos of lightning strikes. It is worth the money. 5

Clips on securely, keeps the light off the monitor so you can see the LCD screen and it flips up for touch screen functions. It seems pretty sturdy and has held up well for run and gun shooting. You can move the eyepiece around to several other 1/4 20 holes on the FX6 with the Sony provided LCD stud. Small complaints-there is a slight limitation to seeing the edges of the entire screen without moving your eye around, but not a deal breaker for me. Also, the clip on the bottom of the Zacuto that you need to press to flip the eyepiece up is a little awkward and takes some getting used to. Overall, this has been a lifesaver for shooting with the FX6. It's great the Zacuto made something that Sony didn't supply with the camera. 5
