A: My nominal 50mm covers were 52mm and fit my Crossfire Binoculars perfectly. They must size them for the lens and then account for the housing. However I returned them because my binoculars came with a set, which was not specified as being included when I ordered them. I guess it's better to get more than I expected rather than less.

A: I used mine to replace lost ones on my Celestron 10x42 Trailseeker. They fit like the OEM. My derstanding is that a lot of these 10x42 & lens caps are made & then branded (i.e. made by a separate manufacturer) & then labeled

A: Vortex does not mention what the inside diameter of the Vortex Tethered Objective Lens Caps for 32mm Diamondback Binoculars (Set of 2) BH #VOTOLC232MMD • MFR #CAP32/43 are it just states it is for the 32mm Diamondback Binoculars which is the size of the objective lens not the dimension of the barrel. A: No they will not. the Vortex Tethered Objective Lens Caps for 50mm Diamondback Binoculars will be much larger

A: Sorry but Vortex or any other maker dose not publish that information. Only indicating what make and model it will fit.

A: Sorry I cannot say yes or no. The caps slip over the outside diameter of the binoculars. That is not listed by Nikon. Vortex dose not list what the inside diameter of the caps are.

Q: 9. Will these fit my Zeiss Conquest 8x42 binoculars?

A: Unfortunately we cannot confirm if these would work. The rubber is somewhat stretchy. However no way for us to confirm.

Q: 10. Would these fit vintage bell and Howell 8by 40 wide angle binoculars?

A: Hope my somewhat lengthy answer helps you; I can tell you, it can be VERY FRUSTRATING to find proper-size tethered objective caps!

[0.05 lb] Love these caps. I ordered these and two other pairs. These did not fit as well as the SW53. Binoculars in question are 2013/2014 Zeiss Terra ED. If you need great lens caps, order a couple versions of these (slightly different sizing even though they are all for 42mm binoculars), select the one that fits your binoculars best and return the others. B&H is the best! 5

[0.05 lb] I use my Raptors for Bird watching and also own 2 pairs of roof prism's as well, the best of my roof's cost over $and are a well known Japanese make, pity the Raptor's are better if I had tried them before purchasing the roof;s I could have saved a lot of cash.Far better at controling chromatic abrasions, better depth of field, better contrast, the one problem is with the closeness of the focusing, the roof's focus to 6 feet the Raptors to 15 feet but for the price I can live with it.Impressive build quality added to the Vortex warranty makes buying these binoculars a no brainer, if you need a good all around binocular buy Raptors. 5

[0.05 lb] I purchased these lens caps to replace one of the lens plugs that came with my Viper 12x50 binoculars. I say plugs because the flat rubber covers had recessed lip that needed to be pushed into the objective housing. The fit was rarely snug and the tethered loops weren't a snug fit either around the optical barrels. It wasn't difficult to knock them off the binoculars, especially if you had gloves on. These caps are true caps that slip on very snugly around the outer optical barrel. The tether rings are also wider and more snug - it will be very difficult to accidentally knock them off. 5

[0.05 lb] Bought these to replace missing caps on another brand of binoculars (Celestron 8x42s). As others have noted, they're a bit tight but not impossibly so - and I'm hoping the snug fit will turn out to be a bonus in keeping them from falling off. 5
