Q: 1. hi, has the monitor got hdsdi loop through?

A: This transmitter/receiver set does not have a monitor or loop through.

Q: 2. How many channels are available?

A: 10 preset frequencies are available to choose from.

Q: 3. Does this unit have audio included in the signal? We use another system right now and its video only we need something that can transmit the video and audio.

A: Audio is sent via the SDI connection. SDI-embedded 2-channel, 24-bit/48 kHz.

Q: 4. Can you buy a receiver sold separately for multiple feeds into one transmitter?

A: Yes, you can. I would choose Teradek instead. Actually, I'm sending this one back.

Q: 5. Hi, probably a dumb question but, can you plug the transmitter to an on-camera monitor via loop through or does it has to be connected directly into the camera? Thank you.

A: Yes as long as there is a signal you can plug in through anything cheers It's good but don't be fooled by the 100M distance blurb, I'd say mine only does 70M max

Q: 6. Will this work near excessive amounts of metal(ex. bleachers in a gym)?

A: With a Wireless System like this the important thing is that you have a line of site between the Transmitter and Receiver. If the bleachers are not in the way of your line of site between the transmitter and receiver they should not have an effect on the signal.

Q: 7. I'd like to ad a second receiver, but I can't find it as a single product here. Is there a way to go?

A: This unit will support up to 4 receivers and we have additional receivers available on our website. It is B&H # CI6104.

Q: 8. What is the difference between the 984 and 992?

A: Do you mean 492? If so, that question has been answered.

Q: 9. Hii have bought this piece from bh . i am using it with arri alexa but when i record my camera the video signal is not triggering my shogun inferno when the shogun is connected through ghost eye 150 v2. Do u have any solution or setting for this

A: I have no idea about this issue i am using with blackmagic and red and not facing any issue. thanks

Q: 10. I operate in Africa, where 99% of the walls are concrete/mason type walls. Within a short range, say 20 meters, will the signal punch through the wall (Assume 9 wall)?

A: With wireless video transmission devices there is a line of sight figure with no obstructions and a non line of sight figure for when there is obstructions. Non line of sight transmission is generally half that of line of sight. For short ranges such as 20 meters you should be able to have the signal pass through obstructions such as the ones you listed.

[0.03 lb] This product worked really well. Used it for a Track and Field event and was able to cover the entire stadium. One heads-up is that for it to work really well, we learnt it had to be mounted very high up to cover the Olympic-size track. 5

[RMP-SMA] I've used many different wireless systems, from ultra-cheap Amazon garbage to top-of-the-line studio systems. Ghost-Eye is hands down the best bang for the buck-- I would take these over Paralinx, over Teradek, any day-- It turns on and works, you wouldn't think that would be so hard, and for Ghost-Eye, it's not. I'm going to buy 2 more of these. It makes my life easier and it saves me time. 10 stars-- 5

[0.03 lb] I bought one a few months back, and use it all the time. Works great, with very infrequent dropouts or reconnects. Receiver can output HDMI and SDI simultaneously, which has come in handy. The only criticism I have is that it doesn't have SDI loop-through on the receiver end. Solved pretty easily with a T-connector, but it would be nice to have. 5

[RMP-SMA] We Love Ghost-Eye!! And our clients do too! Just got a text from our customer on set, he is a sound audio mixer and has 2 feeds from video village to his sound cart (A & B Cam). He said “I will never do another show without the Ghost Eye!!” We have been using the 150M kits for over a year and have had excellent results on TV shows and movie sets. CineGears support has always been fast and easy to work with if you have questions. We just ordered 2 new Ghost-Eye300M kits from B&H and are excited to get them in the field. Why you ask??
