A: The Leica binocs I bought in December were a gift. We did not include a case. We have the same ones that we have had for many, many years ago and have never used a case. We wrap them in our clothes when we travel. Otherwise they are around our necks for instant use. Sorry I could not help you with the case.

[7 x 4.4 x 3.7"] Sent binocs to Leica for repairs (back in the day, they had lifetime warranties against everything that could happen, even the dog knocking 'em off a wall). Leica kept the strap that I forgot to remove. That strap was almost 20 years old, and was still in great shape. Don't imagine this will be any different, since it seems to be identical. Not inexpensive, but what red-dot product is? 5

[7 x 4.4 x 3.7"] This strap is great for making sure you stay comfortable during long hours out in the field. The squishy side is nice and padded, and it has a rougher side with good grip, so the binos don't slip while you're wearing them. Attaches easily, and very durable. 5

[Neoprene] Gives excellent protection for a very pricey camera. When you want to shoot you can roll it up and stuff it in a coat pocket. When on, it's very discreet-looking; it conceals the fact that you are carrying around a super-desirable camera. It fits the camera perfectly when I have a 35mm Summicron and hood on and is readily removable. The Velcro closure doesn't bother me at all. How else would you keep it closed? 5

[Juicy Orange] The neoprene case lightens the load and requires one to pick a lens for the shoot. It is relatively inexpensive and sufficently protects the M9. 5
