Ideal for security surveillance, watching night skies, and night hunting, the Newcon Optik 4x 3rd Gen Night Vision Bi-ocularfrom Newcon Optik 4x 3rd Gen Night Vision Bi-ocularfeatures a 3rd generation autogated intensifier tube with a resolution of 64 lp/mm. Its autogating feature provides resistance to bright light, reduces degradation, and helps improve tube life. To maximize image brightness in the lowest of lighting conditions, and in complete darkness, the bi-ocular carries a built-in infrared illuminator and a wide catadioptric objective lens with a 115mm focal length and f/1.5 f-number. With 4x magnification, the lens system enables you to make observations at a considerable range with an angular field of view of 10°. The bi-ocular also offers a diopter adjustment and a variable interpupillary distance.

To allow you to use it anywhere, the housing is made of high quality aluminum and offers waterproof performance and can be submersed to a depth of 3.3' for 30 minutes. Its rubber winged eyecups prevent spillover of light from the tubes and offer comfortable cushions between the orbits of your eyes and eyepieces.

A: Every camera company has their own mount and therefore there is no one adapter to buy. The Meyer-Optik Gorlitz Biotar 58mm f/1.5 II Lens for Sony E can be used with any Sony E mount camera.

[33' / 10 m] I heard alot of complaints about AGM before buying a pvs-14 but I couldn't pass up on this deal. Tube is in excellent condition, the only complaint I would have is that in the q&a a staff member said this is white phosphor which it is not. This is a NL2 not and NW2. Still worth the price especially with the free thermal. 5

[1x Gen 3] This is a really well designed pair of binoculars. Small enough to fit in a fairly large pocket, light enough that you don't really feel them if you hang them around your neck. At 4x it's easy for even old hands to hold them steady enough for casual viewing. All of the mechanics of focus adjustment (except for the right eyey diopter adjustment) is internal to the case so they don't change length when one changes the focal distance. Add to that they focus closeup at about 20 inches and you have something handy enough to use for every day carry. 5

[1x Gen 3] I was expecting pretty good quality at this price. Definitely not disappointed! There aren't a whole lot of choices in the lowest power range of 4x, and this one was the lightest weight while also having a center manual focus knob and a right eye diopter adjustment. I am nearsighted with astigmatism and there is a significant difference in my glasses prescription between left and right eyes, so I need the diopter when using these without glasses. With glasses on, however, the view was also great. Many binoculars give me a very restricted field of view when I keep my glasses on, but the restriction of these is minimal. I've seldom seen this from any binocular and I'm delighted. Outdoors in bright daylight I did not see the slightest evidence of chromatic aberration anywhere in my field of view, with plenty of sharpness all around. Inside the concert hall, I can view performers without trouble and I'm not having to inspect their dental work at this magnification. These are so light that I can forget I am carrying them. Not mentioned in the blurb is the cleaning cloth, the pouch with belt loop, and the perfectly-sized neck strap. No need to buy accessories! 5

[115mm f/1.5] Bought these because the other PVS14s I ordered from a smaller business had yet to ship after a whole month. B&H shipped them out same day, and they arrived 30 hours after the order was placed. Amazing. The PVS14s are awesome. My first NVG but it's really cool. Not sure what else to say about it, no blemishes on the tubes, good visibility in pitch black, everything works as intended. 5
