[+90° to -90°] This bag is exactly what I was looking for. It perfectly carries a pre rigged camera so that I can show up on set ready to shoot. Love the lid pockets and sturdy walls, and the outside pockets are great. Also the fact that it is water sealed is great. The shoulder strap is extremely comfortable even with very heavy equipment inside the bag, and the materials of the bag itself are super premium. 10/10 do recommend.

[Fluid Head] I love everything about this bag. There is TON's of space, and pockets/compartments to organize your gear. Build quality is amazing. This bag is worth every penny at the full price. But you might catch it on a daily deal, and then it's an even better deal.

[+90° to -90°] I purchased this head nearly 10 years ago. It has survived trips all over the world and three cameras later, it is still the same as the day I purchased it. Smooth action with no perceivable backlash and flexible counterbalance system. It is now the heaviest item in my camera bag as I now use it with primarily a DSLR to shoot my video. Sadly hasn't been used much recently due to the state of travel with the coronavirus, but will hopefully be on the road again soon.

[Yes] Very well make, great size to store all of my camera gear. Also changed it up to carry my drones, in a single bag, to the fly site. Great price on sale. Should have bought two of them.

[Yes] This
head is logically simple and reliable in use. But to understand the
quality of its work, and therefore, to decide whether to obtain this
head for myself or not, I would need to answer two questions for
myself:





1)
Would you need to set up the head under your camera every time for
different filming parameters?




2)
Is it important for you to have clean camera movement and therefore
in-shot composition?




If
not – then it is better to get a simpler and cheaper head, you
would save a good deal of money.




If
yes – then Sachtler will serve you well. That is, the FSB 6 will
satisfy many professional needs (of course, except large film
projects, where there are other needs for other camera equipment).
But in the case of production of many independent films – feature
or documentary – with non-heavy cameras, the Sachtler FSB 6 head
creates a firm sense of reassurance that the most difficult scene,
panorama and mise-en-scène
will
be shot. In film production, just like in any craft, there needs to
be a certain level of quality which would help complete a job with a
good and stable result. Sachtler FSB 6 is in this very category of
quality. I give 5 stars with one comment – I got the Sachtler FSB 6
for a tripod of another brand and the Tie-Down Bolt was shorter than
needed. I suspect that I am not the only one to whom this problem
extends to.

[Yes] Plenty of space for all of my tools with a great design. There are a lot of clever qualities about this bag, including the velcro lid props, the interior zipper screen, and cup holders! The foam dividers are quality and the fact that it comes with an AC pouch was a pleasant surprise! This bag is rugged and sturdy - I feel confident tossing other cases on top of it when I need to. Only potential downside is it is pretty heavy, but as long as you flex those sick guns you'll be just fine.

[Yes] Strong, solid bag. I use it to hold my lenses.

[Fluid Head] Love it. There's not much to say about about a high hat.

[Fluid Head] After searching for a cheap alternative, I took the cost and got the CFF-1. It is in my mind the best focus unit available. Every option you would need it has. The build is none other than O'Connor spec, backlash is to a small 1-2mm at most, super smooth and the hand wheels feels great. Perfect size with the 38 tooth gear to have a long throw on cine lenses. A helpful tip, mine shipped with some play in one of the hand wheels, there are 2 small screws on the belt cap of the hand wheel, loosen those and the gear slides up and down from the belt inside, push down and tighten to engage the gear in the handwheel on the belt and the gap is gone from in the handwheel. I bought the 1450 case, the foam inserts is an amazing idea from O'Connor, slides right in and is not a custom cut out case for the unit. All in all, a solid unit worth every penny. I just hope O'Connor doesn't decide to replace this anytime soon.

[+90° to -90°] I've now used the Sachtler FSB-8 fluid head for a few months on a variety of event video shoots (concerts, cabarets, etc.) and corporate interviews. In a nutshell: it works perfectly. This thing is far, FAR better than a Manfrotto 504HD (my previous fluid head). Super-smooth pans and tilts, great counterbalance with my Canon C100 camera and 70-200mm lens. It's nice that the quick-release plate is compatible with Manfrotto plates, so I didn't have to spend any extra cash on additional plates.

My only complaint is the pan handle. It's way too short, and not adjustable in length. You'd think a fluid head as expensive as this would have a decent pan handle. You can purchase another compatible handle that does extend, but it's very expensive.

That said, I have zero regrets with this fluid head. Buttery smooth motion, easy to set up, doesn't weigh much, and it just plain works. Highly recommended.
