This TC Series C-Mount 1.333x Bi-Telecentric Lens from Opto Engineering is designed for use with matrix detectors from 1/3" up to 2/3", and can function as a key component in any measurement system powered by machine vision. This lens can take advantage of high-resolution detectors such as 5MP - 2/3", acquiring images with high fidelity and precision.

Opto Engineering's bi-telecentric design allows these optics to achieve pure telecentricity; no magnification change occurs when moving away or towards the subject, making this lens ideal for measurement applications of mechanical parts ranging from extruded aluminum profiles to tiny clock gears.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Does the USB-C port receive 120w from a compatible battery pack that can supply that much power?

A: Yes, the Godox ML100Bi Bi-Color Portable LED Light could receive the necessary power it needs from a compatible battery pack using the USB-C port. The battery pack would have to be able to deliver the necessary power to achieve full brightness.

Q: 2. how many batteries do i need to power the light?

A: The Aputure Light Storm LS300X LED Light Kit can be operated with a single battery up to half of its maximum output, or you may use two batteries for full power. Batteries that support 15A continuous discharge are recommended to power the light properly.

Q: 3. If I want to power this light using the d-tap on a v-mount battery, what adapter cable do I need to use?

A: For delivering power via D-Tap using a V-Mount battery you would need the following D-Tap to USB-C cable. Kondor Blue D-Tap to USB-C Power Delivery Cable for Mirrorless Cameras (16", Blue) https://bhpho.to/3ThbsGg

Q: 4. Where can I see the condition of this USED light?

A: At the one and only BH superstore located in NYC.

Q: 5. Can these be powered by a wall outlet out-of-the box?

A: Yes. AC power supply works. Multivoltage international specs, Power Supply AC 100 ~ 240V 50/60Hz

Q: 6. What v mount batteries should I consider?

A: There are two important considerations in selecting batteries for the Aputure Light Storm LS300X LED Light Kit with V-Mount Battery Plate: Amps (A) and Watt Hours (Wh). Aputure recommends using batteries that are capable of continuously discharging 14-15A , to provide adequate headroom for the power draw. To maximize run time, you should consider batteries rated at 190Wh or higher.

Q: 7. What is the maximum weight of a Bowens mount modifier on this thing? I'm planning on buying the adapter as well.

A: Godox does not list the support weight using the Godox ML100Bi Bi-Color Portable LED Light (36° Lens & V-Mount Handgrip Kit) with the Bowens mount adapter. How small the light is, my estimate is no more than 1-2 lb. at the most.

Q: 8. What V mount battery do you recommend for delivering 120W?

A: The Godox ML100Bi Bi-Color Portable LED Light (36° Lens & V-Mount Handgrip Kit) can work with many V-mount batteries. This is a good two-battery kit: B&H # IN2PSKTDC (https://bhpho.to/4fhoU8D). Here's another one that will last longer: B&H # WAVM293SP2CK (https://bhpho.to/48ChoCZ).

[C] Great adapter, works as intended, looks good, matches my TE6. Also has a satisfying click when you connect a cable.

[C] I was torn between the 300d and this light, but decided on the X to allow me to quickly handle mixed lighting conditions. I have an original 120D...this light is substantially brighter. Incredibly well built. The fit and finish is top notch.

I think for most, the big question will be - this or the 300D. And that all depends on what you shoot. I've read if you gel a 300D to match say tungsten, you get about the same light output vs using the equivalent temp on the 300X. So I'd say if you'll need the extra light output more than you need to adjust for mixed lighting conditions, you might be better off with a 300D and a gel. For my use case, I'd rather not bother with the silly gels. If I find I need more light, I'll use a fresnel and bounce - or spring for the 600X.

[1.333x] Tripod Mini mic stand lets you access the outputs with ease and move the mic around without worrying about the cords tipping the mic. It is literally the size of a big pen when folded up, so portability and compactness is definitely in alignment with the Field series.I sometimes need to place my tripod on a foam block to minimize rumbling captured by the mic. It is an indispensable part of the field kit for me and highly recommend it to fellow CM-15 owners.

[C] I own 2 of them and I plan on buying 2 more. It does have a design flaw: you can pull the V-Mount batteries off it without pressing the release button. You should watch Potatoe Jet review of the Aputure 300x.

[0.5 mm] I have been stacking two Kino Flo Diva's and punching them through a 12x12 silk to get a soft light for years. The 300x is a game changer. With the Light Dome II, I can get an even softer light and with so much less hassle! I'm very happy with the color accuracy and I love that I can dial that and the intensity in with the Sidus app. I can't wait to get the 600x.
