This TC Series C-Mount 0.528x Bi-Telecentric Lens from Opto Engineering is designed for use with matrix detectors from 1/3" up to 2/3", and can function as a key component in any measurement system powered by machine vision. This lens can take advantage of high-resolution detectors such as 5MP - 2/3", acquiring images with high fidelity and precision.

Opto Engineering's bi-telecentric design allows these optics to achieve pure telecentricity; no magnification change occurs when moving away or towards the subject, making this lens ideal for measurement applications of mechanical parts ranging from extruded aluminum profiles to tiny clock gears.

Q: 5. Is there chromatic aberration with this lens? I have it on my zeiss 28mm

A: The CA characteristics of the Milvus 1.4/50 are improved over the Classic Planar 1.4/50 and can be further controlled via profile corrections in software tools, such as the defringe feature in Adobe Lightroom.

Q: 6. So Bought this through B&H. I notice it does not come with an AC power Outlet... Is that the case? If so, Where do we buy it from I guess.

A: That is correct. You would have to buy the Henry Engineering Henry Engineering Multi-System Power Pod. This is the B&H part number for the Power Pod BH #HEPP.

Q: 7. What Zeiss Lens gear do you use with this lens? Small, mini or medium?

A: This will require the "large" Zeiss lens gear.

Q: 8. I assume this will work with the canon R5 and the EF lens adapter?

A: Yes the Zeiss Milvus 25mm f/1.4 ZE Lens for Canon EF can fit an EOS R5 by way of an EF-R lens adapter.

Q: 9. Is it possible to charge 5D Mark III canon batteries with this charger?

Q: 10. Will the Otus line come out with the Z mount?

A: The Otus lenses are designed for F and EF mount (D)SLR cameras, but can be used on mirrorless cameras via a compatible lens mount adapter. There are currently no plans to expand the range of mount offerings at this time.

[0.528x] This flashlight is carried by an elderly family member. It’s definitely bright at over 200 lumens (Gen 3 model) and is small enough (and light weight enough) to carry everyday in a woman's purse. Like other Pelican lights we have its well made. We bought this flashlight in large part because it is simple to operate: 1 click for high, 2 more for low. (That’s all we want or need.) If you want a simple, small, powerful light for emergency or occasional use – that’s convenient to carry – this flashlight is perfect for that purpose. It uses common AAA batteries, which I greatly prefer. Its a wonderful light from our perspective. Glad we bought it. 5

[C] Nice and bright without the hassle of a million different settings. I'd prefer it if it didn't even have a high and a low mode, and just stuck to the high, but I'll live. Nice and sturdy, mine has held up to numerous drops and impacts. 5

[2 mm] I got this flash light to walk my dog at night. I have it for ~ 3 weeks now and I like it. It is durable, lightweight and powerful enough for dog walking. It can use rechargeable batteries. I like the color - bright red. The rubber on-off button is in perfect shape now, when the flashlight is new. But it seems to be the weakest part of this flashlight. My Pelican 1910 had this problem - rubber button fell off after several years of heavy use. I would recommend this flashlight to a friend. 5
