Designed for large venues, the 120V Da-Lite 29223 Wireline Advantage Motorized Projection Screen 108x192uses thin steel cables instead of black drop to lower the screen to an appropriate viewing height. Once the screen is installed, the screen's trim conceals the rough opening in your ceiling, eliminating the need to complete additional trim work. Sliding installation brackets help make it easy to attach the screen housing to the structure above the drop ceiling.

Q: 2. Will this work with the Leica Q camera?

A: Yes it will.

Q: 3. Will this work with the Go Pro Hero 10?

A: Although there is no control listed with the GoPro Hero 10, a GoPro Hero 10 can be mounted to the camera carriage of the Moza Mini P gimbal with a tripod adapter. Example is Revo Tripod Adapter with 1/4"-20 for GoPro B&H # RETPMGP MFR # AC-TM. https://bhpho.to/3mTWMyF

Q: 4. can i mount a panasonic ag-ux180 4k professional camcorder to this vid pro?

A: Yes you can use the Panasonic AG-UX180 4K Professional Camcorder with the Vidpro Motorized Pan & Tilt Gimbal Head.

Q: 5. Is this works with Canon EOS M50?

A: It will work, but no other attachments or accessories should be used. The gimbal's weight capacity is at a 2 lb. max.

Q: 6. Will this be compatible with canon powershot sx740hs and/or Fujifilm X-E3 with a small prime?

A: This gimbal has a payload of 2lb. A Canon Powershot camera should work well on this gimbal however a Fujifilm X-E3 is pushing it to the limit. Depending on the lens that you intend to use it is very easy to reach or overshoot the 2lb limitation. Not to mention that the X-E3 is physically larger than most point and shoot cameras which will make it more challenging to balance on this gimbal as it is designed with smaller cameras in mind.

Q: 7. Will this work with a Panasonic Lumix ZS 100?

A: Yes it will. The Moza Mini P is capable of stabilizing the Panasonic Lumix ZS 100.

Q: 8. Will this work with an iPhone mounted in a portrait mode?

A: No, the mount is designed for landscape mode.

Q: 9. Is there a external rechargeable power unit for remote locations?

A: It doesn't, so I purchased a Goal Zero YETI portable battery power source. I actually have 2 of them, the 150 and the 400 (for extended use). They both work well and give the Gimbal plenty of power.

Q: 10. Can this be mounted upside down on a jib?

A: We have attempted to contact Vidpro regarding your question and have not received word yet. it is our opinion that it should work upside down since remote heads often are needed to work in such a configuration. We will post as soon as we receive a response.

[16:9] great value, I looked all over for a large screen for a decent price and landed on this one. It had a little tag that said it self-retracts slowly and it doesn't but that was not a feature I was counting on anyway, it has a string to help it retract cautiously. would definitely recommend this one if you want a big screen on a budget! Takes 2+ people to mount, its pretty heavy when you're on a ladder!

[170 degrees] We use the screen in our church sanctuary once or twice a month. Installing it was an adventure with the weight and length, but several sections of scaffolding and a couple friends made the install move along nicely. The instructions for wiring were right on and it worked first try! The image is right on and visible the entire length of our viewing area (over 100').

[Yes] I installed in my living room in between ceiling joists. It works great. I use it with a Panasonic HD projector. It impresses everyone who walks in the room. Has a clean appearance when retracted. Note: it didn't come with a 12v trigger as both the B&H customer service rep and myself thought it did. We both misunderstood the description (it's optional.) The part was available at Da-Lite for $80 and came with no instructions. I got it to work after a few emails and chats with da-lite. Also, I ended up placing some holes in the top of the case to mount using 8 Lag bolts into the 2nd story floor structure. All the hardware that comes with it assumes you will have access to hang it from the top which requires access via the side while it's in it's final position. I was putting it in a hole the size of the case in my finished ceiling so that method would not work ( I would have had to remove and re-install a lot of drywall). I knew this before I purchased by reading the installation instructions so no worries just a fact and maybe a consideration for future changes to the case or just the directions.

[16:9] I use the Da-Lite Floor Model C on a stage for school presentations. It provides a quality solution where other screen mounting options ate not available. The screen is well supported and flat for a great presentation. The 9'x9' screen size is not excessively heavy or unwieldily to store.

[Yes] This is my fourth ALR (ambient light reflecting) screen.

The first thing to know is, there are no miracle screens. There are good ALR screens, but none perform miracles. Even the best don't show a great picture in a really bright room. The second thing to know is, don't necessarily believe the promotional pictures and videos from manufacturers that show amazing screen performance. They have positioned the screens, projectors and cameras to show the screens at their very best. You are unlikely to duplicate this in a real world situation.

Almost all ALR screens have, to one extent or another, a major problem – screen artifacts. Shimmering, hot spots, sparkles, grainy appearance and so on. In order to eliminate this problem I have owned four different screens. My newest one, which wasn't available when I first started my quest for better picture quality, the Da-Lite Parallax, has none of these problems. Zero!

The Parallax probably doesn't have quite as good of ambient light rejection properties as some of the other screens, but with some light control and careful placement of light sources, you can still have light in the room and a great picture.

A great artifact free picture is really important now that we have 4K material to watch.
