Designed for large venues, the 120V Da-Lite 29240 Wireline Advantage 100x160 Motorized Screen 120Vuses thin steel cables instead of black drop to lower the screen to an appropriate viewing height. Once the screen is installed, the screen's trim conceals the rough opening in your ceiling, eliminating the need to complete additional trim work. Sliding installation brackets help make it easy to attach the screen housing to the structure above the drop ceiling.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Is it suitable for Sony HDR-ASR30V action camera?

A: Yes, this would be a great choice for that action camera.

Q: 2. Can it work with Canon Camcorders like the vixia HF R80/R800? Also Canon EOS T6?

A: There should be no issues using the stated cameras on this gimbal.

Q: 3. Is this pack compatible with the older 102 model ?

A: Yes you can use the older 102 type Black Line heads with this power pack.

Q: 4. Is it possible to mount two cameras with the right connectors? One camera being on top and having a zoom lens on it, and then a smaller DSLR with a small zoom lens? Cameras are the Canon 80D on the Sigma 150-600mm C (camera on top), and a Canon T3 with a the 75-300 kit zoom lens. The combined weight is under 11lbs.

A: It can be possible since the payload of the Canon EOS 80D DSLR Camera (Body Only) with Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary Lens for Canon EF and the Canon EOS Rebel T3 DSLR Camera with the Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III Lens are within the payload of the Vidpro Motorized Pan & Tilt Gimbal Head. You will need to consider balancing both cameras and their zooms appropriately from one another so the gimbal can function well.

Q: 5. Are you able to choose rotation angle? i.e. press button to turn 10 degrees?

A: Not that we are aware of. This product offers the ability to change the rotation speed, but we are not aware of it allowing you to precisely dial in an angle to go to. You would have to do that manually.

Q: 6. Is there a way to add counterweights if needed? I'm using an iPhone 12 Pro Max with Moment lenses plus ND filters.

A: It does not have a designated mount for counterweights. most counterweights for small electronic gimbals like these come with clamps or other mounting gear for attaching the counterweight to the gimbal.

Q: 7. Will this unit work a Nikon D780?

A: It will not. This gimbal cannot handle a DSLR the size of the D780

Q: 8. Will this work well with smartphone that has an ultra wide lens like the newest iPhone? It looks like the motor will not be frame because it’s to the side but I wanted to confirm this.

A: While you will be able to mount a Smartphone to this gimbal and balance it, the new ultra wide lenses on some smart phones are so wide that they show the gimbal in the shot.

Q: 9. Does this come with a stand and does it get hot at all?

A: no stand, yes it gets hot.

Q: 10. Hi,For the Dedolight DLH4 150 Watt Spotlight with DT24-1 Dimming Power Supply (230V AC),do you sell a dichroic filter and maybe a few other patterns, etc. for it?Thanks,Brian Puchaty

A: For a dichotic filter, please find B&H # DEFDLCDLH4. Any medium size patterns wil work with the DLH4 150. Alternatively, you can also use B&H # DEGK, which is the Dedolight Gobo Kit - Set of 6.

[150 degrees] The screen was simple to mount (we used lag bolts and attached the screen to a wall.) The screen did not come with instructions on how to install the switch for a 120v motor...complicated the electrical install was inconsistent wire colors on the switch and the screen. After consulting an electrician and enduring his derision for working with this product - he correctly intuited the correct wiring configuration. A big thanks to the customer service at B&H. We ordered the screen 2 weeks from a graduation. The shipper lost the screen for nearly a week, without informing us. I contacted the shipper, who responded with a long distance shoulder shrug - explaining they would look for it again. Unable to motivate the shipper, I called B&H - they got involved, and the screen was in my driveway 36 hours later. Thanks B&H.

[150 degrees] We installed this in a rehabbed church space that's now a contemporary art gallery flush mounted it to an exposed beam and it looks and works great. That said, it's only been about a week, so maybe I'll report back later if I have any complaints! I was surprised that, for its length, there are only 2 mounting holes on either end, so I fear that it may sag over time. But again, too soon to tell. Where it does mount in those 2 places, it's on a solid plastic end cap/brace, so it seems like it will hold up well. It weighs about 85 pounds, so we had 3 people to install. We had to go about 17 feet up to the beam, we leveled, marked and pre-drilled & drove lag bolts into the beam and then used two extension ladders on either side to climb and carefully slide the projector up on the ladder's rails. Our 3rd person was on a 10ft ladder in the middle and was there as a spotter for extra support. It was then quite easy to hook it on to the lag bolts once we slid it to the top. All in all, it's an easy install, we opened the box and had the job done in less than 4 hours. Just be sure you have the wiring supplies and the proper mounting hardware and you'll have no problem!

[120 VAC/60 Hz] I installed in my living room in between ceiling joists. It works great. I use it with a Panasonic HD projector. It impresses everyone who walks in the room. Has a clean appearance when retracted. Note: it didn't come with a 12v trigger as both the B&H customer service rep and myself thought it did. We both misunderstood the description (it's optional.) The part was available at Da-Lite for $80 and came with no instructions. I got it to work after a few emails and chats with da-lite. Also, I ended up placing some holes in the top of the case to mount using 8 Lag bolts into the 2nd story floor structure. All the hardware that comes with it assumes you will have access to hang it from the top which requires access via the side while it's in it's final position. I was putting it in a hole the size of the case in my finished ceiling so that method would not work ( I would have had to remove and re-install a lot of drywall). I knew this before I purchased by reading the installation instructions so no worries just a fact and maybe a consideration for future changes to the case or just the directions.

[1.3] This Screen was easy to install. It took 3 people and 2 ladders to get the job done. The remote is really not needed but i opted to install it as well. The motor runs really smooth. The screen is nice and wide. A really good buy.
