Q: 1. Will this ring flash work with a Nikon D5?

A: Yes, due to the camera's center pin, this product will fire on the Nikon D5.

Q: 2. can I save tifs? is the jpg compression level adjustable? What compression level does it use?

Q: 3. Is the Nikon D500mm and Macro Nikon 105mm too heavy for the Dot Line DL-0328 Dual Axis Macro Focusing Rail?

A: Yes, Unit will mount via its 1/4"-20 threaded camera mount,

Q: 4. What do I need to use this with a fantasea fg7 hpusing

A: The lens port on the Fantasea Line FG7X II Underwater Housing has 67mm filter threads. So the Fantasea Line UCL-09F +12.5 Super Macro Lens could be attached directly to the lens port. No adapter is required.

Q: 10. I'm trying to reduce or eliminate the shadow caused by those wearing baseball-type hats outdoors. Can this be used as a fill-flash at 15 feet?

A: This would depend on the angle of the shot. You can eliminate that shadow with any flash as long as you use a low angle. Keep in mind this flash is aimed toward macro photography. It is not very powerful for long distance. I have not tried its threshold, but I would not use it more than 6 feet. To eliminate the hat shadow you can also use a white reflector from a low angle with any flash if there is some environmental light. Try that before purchasing anything you might regret.

[F-Mount] Have received these lights and I love them. Matched with my two ADJ dekkers and 8 LED pars I will be in good shape for what I need. Was using Operator to control and have recently purchased MyDMX 3.0 and cannot wait to get it.

[F-Mount] I've tried Canon's, FotodioX's and DotLine's rear lens caps and these are the only ones that mount to the lens mount adapter firmly. I'm using these caps on Pixco and FotodioX Leica M to RF Mount adapters. The strange thing is that FotodioX's rear lens cap won't fit their own lens mount adapters...

[>30%] I don't understand the negative reviewers. This scanner works great, it's pretty much automatic as far as focusing and all that, and the resulting images look great. I can scan a whole batch of old slides fairly fast in an evening. I like that I can save the images to an SD card and then move that to my desktop computer. I also like that I can power it with the supplied USBC cable. Granted, I don't have any other slide scanners to compare it to, but this one works great for me and I'm glad I bought it from B & H.

[F-Mount] The Fantasea Line UCL-05LF +6 Macro Lens is a well made lens with great clarity, detail, and sharpness. I've recently added this to my collection because I found the Fantasea UCL-09F +12.5 to be more challenging in regards to its minimal focus range and high magnification. Both are very good wet lenses, but this one is a bit more versatile for subjects that are not microscopic.
