This angled-viewing Barska Spotter Pro 20-60x60 WP Spotting Scope Angled Viewfrom Barska Spotter Pro 20-60x60 WP Spotting Scope Angled Viewmakes the ideal companion at the range, in the field, or on the trail. At the low 20x it can be used for taking in expansive views and finding your subjects, while dialing it up to 60x gives you the capability of making detailed observations—even at long distances. The scope's larger 60mm objective, combined with fully multi-coated optics, draws in copious amounts of light, giving it competent low-light performance such as at dawn or dusk or when trying to pick game out from under heavily canopied forests.

The Spotter Pro is ergonomically designed with the eyepiece set at a 45° angle to the optical tube for comfortable use whether you're standing, sitting, or lying prone. Its large textured focusing wheel is placed facing you for easy access and precise focusing. Designed for durability, the optical tube is nitrogen filled and O-ring sealed to be water and fogproof in extreme conditions. The exterior is covered with a rubber armoring to protect it from shallow drops and light impacts, while an extendable sunshade reduces glare in bright sunlight and also keeps snow and rain off in bad weather. To help you get out and observing quicker, Barska includes a folding tabletop tripod with a pan/tilt head that locks in place using the convenient control handle.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. If used with Nikon D810 (FF) and appropriate adapter, what would be the effective focal length at the widest (20x) setting? Thanks.

A: Like using a 1,000mm lense at 20X

Q: 2. Does this include the eyepiece ? If so which? Thanks

A: Yes the Nikon Fieldscope ED50 13-30x50 Spotting Scope comes with a 13-30x zoom eyepiece.

Q: 3. Is it advisable as scope for adjusting rifle sights in a shooting range up to 100 meters?

A: Ideal with the 20-60X eyepiece

Q: 4. Is is possible to mount a Nikon D600 or D700 on this with an adapter?

A: As I understand it, this scope can be used with any major DSLR camera. It comes with a T ring that screws right onto threads on the ocular end of the eyepiece (remove eye cup to reveal threads, but eyepiece itself stays in place). All you need in addition is a camera mount specific t adapter (available from B&H for less than $10 for my Canon EOS mount DSLRs). I assume the above Nikons are DSLRs, so just ask for the appropriate T adapter ring. The camera body can then be attached to the scope, just as you would attach any lens. Hope this helps.

Q: 5. I am looking for a tripod that suits this spotting scope, I would like it to extend to 60 inches, can you recommend?Something not too expensive

A: I would recommend the Magnus VT-4000 Tripod System with Fluid Head. This model goes up to 59 max in height. But quality and price point it is very good. Website link: a href= http://bhpho.to/1dvMomo target= _blank http://bhpho.to/1dvMomo/a

Q: 6. Is there an adapter to connect Canon DSLR?

A: To connect your Canon DSLR to the scope you will need the: Novagrade Digiscoping Adapter for Canon DSLR Cameras BH #NOUA00CA01 • MFR #UA-00CA-01 https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1007578-REG/novagrade_ua_00ca_01_canon_camera_universal_adapter.html

Q: 7. We purchased the scope, it states it is waterproof. We have water and fogging inside the scope. What is our next step in checking into this. Can it be sent to manufacturer or you for repair?

A: The best thing to do is contact the manufacturer. If there are any repairs needed they would be the ones to do them.

Q: 8. Are there adapters for digiscoping w/ a Nikon DSLR (D750, perhaps)?

A: Yes you will need a T Mount for your camera for digiscoping. This is the B&H part number for the T ring for your camera, B&H#KOTMN. When you get the T ring home before you can start digiscoping. You will need to take the lens off your camera and screw the T ring in it's place. The only other thing you will need is an adapter for the telescope you are using. The adapter will depend on the telescope you have. After you get the correct adapter attach it to the telescope and screw the camera onto the adapter. Then start shooting.

Q: 9. Can you take pictures with an Iphone with this telescope?

A: Yes will sell adapters that will attach your Smart Phone. I would need to know the exact iPhone Model you have to make a recommendation.

Q: 10. Is the eye piece threaded? I want to attach a digiscope adapter so I can get a camera on there

A: No, although I believe an adaptor is available for a camera. It is a good scope for for my use but I believe you have to shop and compare by going to a retail outlet and spend some time testing models against what your needs/wants are. Can't do this online although after going through this exercise, the best deals are online.

[Angled] I bought this scope to use at my outdoor rifle range for 100 yrds plus! I could see the targets with my rifle scope and binoculars but I could not see the impact holes! This scope does the job with ease at 100yrds and when i get back, Im going to try it at 200 and Im sure it will be just as good! Worth the money!

[3.395 lb] Great spotting scope that will not break the bank. Crystal clear at 100 yards using it at the shooting range and no problem seeing the small .22 holes at 100 yds. Lightweight and solid tripod.

[3.395 lb] Yes, as other's have mentioned the eye relief is very tight, but the build quality and glass is very good. Managed to range a tree at 270yds and can see very clearly. Will test on range but my feeling is when used with splatterburst targets it will work for me. For the money, don't think you can do much better!
