The Canon EF to Nikon 1 Mount Adapter by FotodioXfrom Canon EF to Nikon 1 Mount Adapter by FotodioXis an all-metal adapter that allows you to use your Canon EOS lenses with any Nikon 1-series mirrorless camera. The mount is made from chrome-plated brass for a precise fit to your camera, and the adapter allows for focusing to infinity regardless of the lens.

This is not an electronic adapter, and so autofocus and image stabilization systems will not work while using it. Additionally, any lens without a manual aperture control ring will remain at its widest f/stop by default. Manual exposure and metering are still possible with your camera's aperture priority mode.

A: If youre trying to use auto focus it is not going to work. The adapter allows the camera to use the lens but it doesnt allow for any automatic control. Hope this helps!

[Brass] I was sitting on all these old lenses from some film cameras. I didnt want to sell them because I thought they might come in handy and, the amount offred by Calumet wasnt even half of what I paid. Once I got the Nikon F Pro lens adepter I was able to use every lens I own on my Canon digital. 5

[Brass] I ordered two to put on Nikon AF lenses. Using the new adapters ,the lenses fit great on my Canon 7D !In fact, so great, I just ordered two more for other Nikon F lenses that I have. 5

[3.2 x 3 x 1.7"] We bought 4 different dumb adapters including the Novoflex that's twice the price and this one fit the best, so we now have 5 of them. Worth mentioning, one of them had a faulty lens locking mechanism and was replaced. Other than that, the only other con (and it's present on all adapters we've tested) is that you can get a teensy wiggle if you're not a gentle focus/zoom puller and/or you twist the lens body. It's quite a snug fit though really. Much better than a very expensive MetaBones E-mount adapter we have :/ 5

[3.2 x 3 x 1.7"] Mounted a Nikon 80-200mm to our 7D DLSR an it fit like a glove. It attaches easily to this lens and others. Removes with little effort. A much better fitting product than the previous less expensive adapter we own. 5
