Target your game with the Barska 2-7x32 IR Blackhawk Riflescope with Mil-Dot Reticlefrom Barska. Among many highlights, this riflescope features fully multi-coated optics and an illuminated red-green Mil-Dot reticle. While the optics provide bright and clear images of your targets, the reticle allows you to get a precise aim and to adjust illumination that is ideal for the time of day. You can quickly and easily zoom in and out of near and far targets with the 2-7x magnification. Additionally, the scope offers a generous 4.4" eye relief and a linear field of view of 49-14' at 100 yd.

The housing is made of lightweight and durable aluminum with a matte black anodizing finish and offers a waterproof and fogproof performance. It features a 1" maintube diameter and capped finger-operated windage and elevation turrets. With adjustable windage and elevation and a 1/4 MOA impact point correction, you will be able to compensate for ballistic bullet drop and wind drift. Whether you hunt at dusk, dawn, or during the day, the built-in sunshade will help reduce glare and improve visibility. To provide a non-slip grip, all adjustment rings and turret caps are heavily knurled. Also included with the scope are one CR-2032 battery, two flip-up lens covers, and two mounting rings.

          Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. We purchased the scope, it states it is waterproof. We have water and fogging inside the scope. What is our next step in checking into this. Can it be sent to manufacturer or you for repair?

A: The best thing to do is contact the manufacturer. If there are any repairs needed they would be the ones to do them.

Q: 2. Can each group (A, B, C) be independently set to different channels? Example: Group A to Channel 4, and Group B to Channel 2 at the same time.

A: You may set the desired group and the channel individually on the Nikon wireless infrared i-TTL flash(es) you own. Each flash does not have to be on the same group/channel. However, while you may also set different groups and channels on the Vello FWIRC-N FreeWave IR TTL Flash Commander for Nikon, you may only use one channel at a time on the Commander. As such, regardless of their group setting, if the off-camera flashes are not set to the channel actively set on the Vello FWIRC-N FreeWave IR TTL Flash Commander, then they will not fire.

Q: 3. Does the telescope connect to the tripod with a standard 1/4 connection?

A: This model comes with a standard 1/4 20 threading.

Q: 4. Can we trigger the 470EX AI with this on a Canon R6?

A: Yes, the Vello FWIRC-C FreeWave IR TTL will drive the following units. Canon 470EX-AI Canon 600EX II-RT Canon 600EX-RT Canon EL-1 Canon MR-14EX Canon MT-24EX

Q: 5. Does it work with Canon Speedlite 550EX Flash?

A: YES, works with 530EX II and 430 EX II flashes

Q: 6. I have both a Nikon D700 & D610 DSLR cameras both using a Nikon SB700 flash. Will this work with these combinations?

A: You can use this transmitter with those cameras and flash.

Q: 7. can the Barska 400MM/80MM 131 power starwatcher refractor telescope be used for terrestrial objects viewing?

A: Yes this scope can be used for Terrestrial Viewing. The model comes with a 45 Diagonal so that will flip the image right side up for you.

Q: 8. Is there any point in getting this for my Nikon D810? I understand the D810 has commander mode built in, but I am looking for a method to create a stronger infrared signal to read my off camera Speedlights.

A: I don't know if this will get you better range than the built in commander mode, but it does offer other advantages. First, I believe the built in commander uses the pop-up flash to signal the off-camera flashes. Even if you have it set to not contribute to the exposure, it will still probably add noticeable light in some scenarios. The pop-up flash can also cause people to blink. This avoids all of that. You could tape a piece of IR plastic over your pop-up, but this is definitely more professional looking. Last, the UI on this makes it very convenient to make setting changes. Especially if you are not using i-TTL, the UI on this makes it easy to adjust the flash power of each group without having to go through the camera menu. The downside of this is that you have to attach something to your camera while built in commander is, well... built in. In short, I don't know if this will get you better range, but it offers other advantages and conveniences. This does have better range than the Nikon SU-800, and also has a more compact shape. Whether those conveniences are worth the price is a matter of opinion. I got this because my camera body doesn't have built in commander. If my next camera body has built in commander, I will probably still use this. I typically just leave this attached anyway since I don't put my flashes on-camera very often. I am just an amateur, so my use cases differ greatly from a professional.

Q: 9. will this work with the Canon 50D ? I also have a Canon 580EXII which I want have work with my 50D instead of my Pocket wizards

A: This flash commander can work with the Canon 50D to fire the 580EX II.

Q: 10. its work with Nikon SB-5000 AF Speedlight?

A: When the Nikon SB-5000 AF Speedlight Flash is set for off-camera usage as an optical infrared receiver, yes, the Vello FWIRC-N FreeWave IR TTL Flash Commander for Nikon will work as a on-camera Commander to wirelessly control your flash.

[1"] I've put a couple hundred shots through my AR and the scope has stayed right on the money at about 90yards. The only thing I would suggest is when you mount this scope to your rifle, make sure the 12 Allan head screws holding the scope to the mounting bracket are tight as well. After about the first 40 shots I had to tighten those up but they have stayed tight since. Awesome scope for the money!!

[1"] I used it as a replacement on my Russian SKS and I really like the Illuminated Mil-Dot Reticle in both red and green. Mounting was easy since it was a replacement scope and the length of the scope was the same.

[2 to 7x] Works well on my DPMS Oracle. Fit well on the rail and the red/green lights work well.

[1.45 lb] The eye relief is somewhat close for comfort, I would have preferred a 1/8 MOA per click at 100 yards. Overall, the riflescope appears robust. I would expect high praises if it survives the 7MM Magnum.

[32 mm] I am still new to the MOA style scopes and the use of this was a little daunting. A beginner-friendly instruction manual would have helped out a lot though. However, I am very pleased with the quality and price compared to similar scopes that cost up to thousands of dollars. I will definitely recommend this product to all my friends who shoot and keep checking back for other merchandise that might interest me.

[32 mm] I was a little skeptical about this piece of glass because of the price but, I was extremely surprised. This is one Great scope. Once it was zeroed in it was dead on at 200 yrds. I only put 200 rounds through it today and it held zero just fine, I plan on putting another 500 through it on friday and I'm expecting no less than what I experienced today. Thank you Barska for a GREAT SCOPE.

[2 to 7x] Shoots out to 300 yards on my bushmaster and holds groups the size 0f a 50 cent piece with the right ammo. Good clear scope for the money. It's no Burris but does the job.
