A: I fit a Sony a6300 with sigma 150-600 contemporary, a couple of smaller lenses and charges etc. but the the interior only being 4.8 inches it may be a tight fit for the two larger canon bodies

A: It depends on the airline and the size of the plane that you are taking, but in general it won't fit, it is too big.

A: No, it will be too small. I would recommend the 26L or the 36L.

A: Not easily, you could put a bladder in the back of the bag but because it is meant for camera gear, you would have to take extra measures to ensure your bladder doesn't leak.
