A: It's just the read/write drive. It will work with your Macbook. You can download free burning software. It works fine. Don't waste time contacting Asus customer service as they are not very helpful.

[Single] I haven't used these discs from this order yet, but I have used the product before and they've worked beautifully. They have held up very well over the years. [Single] Buy these - in hard plastic container rather than the shrink wrap, as that is a bit hard to pull off, it's well worth the small extra expense. 5
