A: You can use the burning software of your choice.

A: Yes, you can either connect to the WXC-50 with Bluetooth or wifi (on same network) from the laptop and then output to your receiver using output jacks (RCA type) or optical link. The WXC-50 also enables you to access many streaming music / internet radio sources directly.

Q: 4. Can labeling on these gold archival discs be printed directly on the discs, or is it necessary to print and apply labels? Thanks.

A: These are not printable discs. You would either need to use adhesive DVD labels or soft-tip markers.

A: The Technics OTTAVA f SC-C70MK2 Tabletop Network Radio and CD Player (Dark Silver) BH #TESCC70MK2 does not have Bluetooth out to other speakers.

Q: 6. I recently shipped one of these discs to a wrong address and when it came back the label was peeling off and the disc was no longer readable. Is this something that normally happens?

A: I haven't tried affixing traditional disc labels to these as I use direct inkjet printing through a CD Printer which is what they are designed for. I'm not entirely surprised the label was peeling as the surface of the CD is design for that direct printing operation, not for label adhesion. Don't know what your budget is but the direct printing method works GREAT for these and I've seen discs that were printed 2+ years ago with still a great image. We are using the Primera Bravo 4101 CD/DVD printer but there are other models from the same manufacturer that I bet would work great too. Can't speak for the quality of other printer manufacturers but I know there are others out there.

Q: 7. I assume these are 4.7gb a disk, not 4.7gb combined right?

A: Yes that's correct 4.7 gb per disc

Q: 8. I can I use this system as a home theater with my T.V?

A: The Technics OTTAVA f SC-C70MK2 Tabletop Network Radio and CD Player (Dark Silver) BH #TESCC70MK2 does have audio inputs that can accept Optical TOSLINK from a TV.

Q: 9. Want to play music to my airplay speakers. It's not clear from the descriptions I have read re the WXA/C-50, that that is possible. I want to still use my existing A/V Receiver as the controller delivering sound in my home. I want the WXA/C-50 to simply take input via its mini-stereo plug which is connected to the RCA output of my A/V Receiver and pump that as WiFi Airplay output to my Airplay speakers. Can it operate this way? The WXA/C-50 needs to operate as an Airplay transmitter not just a as a receiver like any iDevice can.

A: i BELIEVE IT WILL ONLY OPERATE WITH MUSIC CAST EQUIPPED SPEAKERS. I USE IT FOR STREAMING MULTIPLE STATIONS OVER THE INTERNET AS WELL AS SIRIUSXM. i AM NOT A YAMAHA EXPERT BUT DON'T BELIEVE IT WILL DO AIRPLAY. MAYBE CHECK WITH THEM.

Q: 10. Can I connect this system to my MacBook Pro? to watch movies with a nice sound.

A: According to page 65 in the manual for the Technics OTTAVA f SC-C70MK2, you can use Apple Airplay with a Macbook Pro on the same wi-fi network as the Technics OTTAVA f SC-C70MK2, to connect them together. You can also use an 1/8'' TRS cable from the headphone output on your computer into the 1/8'' audio input on the Technics OTTAVA f SC-C70MK2.

[1.845 lb] Great product, great value. One suggestion for taking off the wrapper without bits and pieces getting left on the sides of discs, is to start peeling it from the edge (it is a sheet of plastic wrapped around and onto itself). Peel it from the open edge, and peel down cleanly the full height of the disc stack, then pull the entire sheet around and around the stack of discs to pull it is away cleanly. Note that depending on how you're holding them, they could possibly fall, so you may want to do this over a table, or you can perhaps even place it on the table and roll it as you pull. (There is also a 100-pack that comes in a hard container without the wrapper around the discs themselves, though it costs a bit more.) Once you finish peeling off the wrapper, if you have spindle from a pack that came in a hard case, place it on that, or place it into some container, or just place it in 2-3 stacks on your desk, so it doesn't fall over. 5

[Yes] I've been using Taiyo Uden CD-Rs for my clients for years. When JVC bought them, I was a little nervous. When CMC bought them, I was also nervous. So far so good. I don't make a lot of CDs here, but I do want them to be right. A previous supplier has stopped carrying them. I was happy to see that my friends at B&H picked them up. 5

[CD-R] PROS: High Quality, coated to near the center spindle, white CD-R's for printer marking and CD burning. CONS: These are delivered with "pancake stacked", plastic wrapped packaging. No center spindle case. So if you have an earlier case available, use it to protect these discs once the wrapper is gradually peeled off to access more discs for burning! The legacy of these items is ongoing! First Taiyo Yuden, then JVC, and now CMC. But the quality seems to be retained throughout these corporate transitions.� Highly recommended! 5

[Yes] These discs have migrated through several production organizations from Taiyo Yuden, JVC, etc. But the quality remains solid, and we use them exclusively for all CD burns by the hundreds over the years. Highly recommended for CD R use. 5

[48x] Buy this one that comes in a hard, plastic pack, rather than the version in shrink warp. Those cost a bit less, but pulling off the wrap can be a bit hard, and sometimes, some bits remain stuck on. Also, where are you gong to put them all, after you unwrap them? Unless you already have some hard containers such as this. 5
