[2.5 Minutes] I just bought this less than a week ago and we just had a power outage the other night and it performed perfectly. I have a a desktop computer, monitor and inkjet printer connected to the battery backup side and I had plenty of time to shut everything down properly. It also caught the power surges that were coming before the power went completely out. It's also a lot lighter than the unit it replaced, so it's much easier to handle and position to where you need it. I will buy another one when I need to replace another unit.

[120 VAC ] I bought three CP550SLG, stand-by UPS power units. They work out of the box without any kind of problem. I have installed them to protect my three computer areas in my home and home office. We already had a power outage and the two systems that were working continue to work for about the 8 minutes of the outage duration. If you own any kind of expensive electronic equipment at home or office, I strongly recommend getting this stand-by UPS system. There is nothing like peace of mind!

[5' / 1.5 m] The CyberPower 550 has been attached to my office equipment for several years. Recently I bought another CyberPower 550 for TV and DVR components. The CyberPower 550 has always worked well.

[Yes] I recently bought these 550VA UPS with sinewave to protect my electronics; particularly my expensive large TV panels and AV units. The fact that these generate a sinewave helps to improve the quality of signal output from AV as well as images by reducing voltage fluctuations. Prior to these UPS units, I bought 440VA units and were very happy with them. And these have a little more battery headroom.

[2.5 Minutes] Works to protect an ancient always-on EeeBox computer. My first one of these lasted about 5 years and I probably could have just replaced the battery, but I decided to wait on that and possibly just keep as a backup (a backup UPS does seem a little redundant). With the monitor off, this keeps the computer on for almost an hour.

[90 to 148 VAC] I bought 2 older versions of this unit five years ago. Both have worked flawlessly during that time, until a couple weeks ago when one of them must have developed an internal short. One side quit providing power. So, I immediately went to B&H and ordered a new one. It was delivered quickly and was simple to set in place of the old one. My computer equipment is expensive and very important to me as a photographer. I wouldn't be without these units.

[750 VA] I used to be a fan of a different brand, but it failed me twice. I bought a couple of different sizes of the CyberPower units, and they are great. I therefore placed this order for six more, to make sure every PC in the office is covered. These are great units, well designed, and very affordable. I frankly do not know how B&H afford free shipping on a product with a heavy lead acid battery, as other retailers do not offer free shipping on a heavy item like this. I would definitely recommend buying this, specifically from B&H.

[450 W] I plugged it into a workstation I setup for a client running Ubuntu Studio 20.04 LTS and it showed up as an external battery/UPS right away. I think I may have installed some UPS utilities (available in the repo's), but setup was easy as could be. The beeper can be shut off--I know that's annoying for some--in the Cyber Power UPS utilities available for Linux on the manufacturer's website. You also gain some more flexibility in configuration when using their program.

[5' / 1.5 m] It works as advertised. I get random power outages in my city where the power goes out for like 1 second and comes right back on. Well, it damaged my surround sounds and tv, both of which stopped working a month apart from each other. I have a suspicion that it was due to the power outage. So I got this item and it took care of that problem and I feel good that my very expensive new tv and new surround sounds are protected. I do recommend this product, price point is really good.

[5' / 1.5 m] I'm 71 years old and have always used APC UPS units. Over the past year I've been buying CyberPower units and have been very impressed. Their software is far superior to APC's and the UPS units have served me well and are still going strong. I have 7 UPS units, of which 4 are APC. They back up my 5 computers and cable modem, router and switches. I doubt I'll be buying anymore APC UPS units.
