[40°] I've been waiting for this grid for so long, it's finally here!
Im going to use my LUXLI TAIKO a lot more often now.

This grid as you'd expect from LUXLI, is very well made and it does the job. When placing it side down mounted on the softbox, it stays close and parallel to the diffuser as it should, no "tummy" or sagging.

If you own grids, you know... I just can't believe how generously low the price of this grid is, especially for being a LUXLI. Most grids I've seen for a 2X1 panel cost ridiculously 3 to 7 times the current price. At the same time, that's what I think grids should be priced. I understand that grids are hand made but still, there's no reason for grids to cost $300...$650... and if this grid fits your other soft boxes, get this grid twice. It's a no brainer!

I'm very happy with this product and you'll be too, I can guarantee you that.

[40°] Its just great, not floppy like other grids, but pops into place and attaches quickly and securely to the light. It folds up, not tiny but pretty compact. Nice bag.

[Zaila] This grid is fantastic. The sturdy frame design is a awesome , it pops up like a reflector and gives the grid a hard frame edge that mounts securely to the Taiko. The actual grid is also a thicker material than what I've seen in previous lights, all this helps the grid stay in place, and not get damaged when you fold it up. This thing is heavy duty! Another huge help is the grid doesn't get in the way of the yoke so you can still tilt the light whatever direction you need without it hitting. The directional 40 degree beam angle is tight and gives you a nice focused spot (see picture) which is great for putting this through your diffusion of choice and have the light very controlled. [40°] Great add-on to the 43 Apollo Orb. Really corals the light, and makes it easy to light just the parts/areas you want.

[40°] This grid is a great value and works perfectly with the Luxli Taiko Softbox. It's what you would expect from Luxli quality and it has a nice carrying pouch. The soft box is well overdue and such a great companion for the Taiko, this grid gives you even more versatility and the choice to narrow your beam of light. [Zaila] Folds up neatly and fits into supplied bag. Attaches via Velcro to front of 43 Apollo Orb. Takes your lighting control to the next level. Stunning results using feathering techniques. Over a dozen new ways to control light and create more dramatic pictures. Just Google using grids with softbox for lots of cool ideas. I wish I would have purchased a softbox with a grid years earlier. Well worth the extra cost over standard umbrellas.
